"How was your day?" will most often lead to a one-word answer. It doesn't usually promote the connection we are seeking with our kids. Play around and experiment with some other ideas.

For years I couldn't find a way to have my discipline reflect my faith and the way I wanted to disciple my kids. Then, I discovered . When I read the book, Discipline that Connects with Your Child's Heart, I thought "This is what I have been looking for!"

God continues to use their framework and ministry to grow me as a parent and a follower of Christ. As a Connected Families Certified Parent Coach, I am excited to walk with other parents as they learn powerful tools and experience the grace and truth of the gospel in their own parenting.
