Took the advice of a friend and took it back to the Barre for my cardio on this beautiful Saturday morning!! Felt soooooo good!!!🥰 NOW......it's time to get outside and soak up some fresh air and sunshine!!!🥰 Happy Saturday y'all!!!!✨✨

It's Saturday....the sun is shining🌞.....I got my workout in with the girls this morning🏋️... And my family is safe and sound🥰 Does it get any better?♥️♥️♥️ WEEK 1️⃣ is a WRAP!!!!🎉🎉🎉 I'm so incredibly happy that I jumped into this adventure!!! 80 days might seem like a lot.....but my guess is..... it will go SUPER QUICK!!😉💃

If it weren't for these ladies.....I GUARANTEE I would not have gotten out of bed early this morning to get this done..... the rain and wind and my snug bed were say NO WAY girl.... STAY PUT! But my mind knew I wanted to see my girls.... and that I needed their motivation and their energy!!🥰

"Strength grows in the moments you think you can't go on but you keep going anyway" These girls....they ARE that strength....they are the support I need to keep moving forward!! So thankful for THEM and our VIRTUAL WORKOUTS!!!!♥️🙏✌️

When life gets CRAZY...... lock arms with those you love!!! ......Even if it's VIRTUAL!!! So incredibly thankful for our virtual gym this morning!!!♥️

And you know what..... ......that's OKAY!😍 THE GOAL.... don't let those things STOP you..... Just take a step back..... BREATHE for a hot minute ... and pick up where you left off!!! I got to bed to late... My alarm didn't go off... I hit snooze one too many times... I was too tired to get up.... 🤦‍♀️ Ohhhh the lies we tell ourselves.......???? Me THIS MORNING..... ......ALL OF THE ABOVE!!!😂😂 Seriously..... nobody really WANTS to get up early?? Do they?? Really?? Dear Lord I'm not a morning person y'all!! 🙄 Especially at this time of year when it's dark and cold when that alarm goes off..... I'm snug and cozy and want to stay that way!!🤔 But......I have these things called GOALS! ✨✨✨ I want to feel good about myself..... I have ladies who are looking for me to show up to support them.... I have a family who needs me at 150%! I want to continue to live a happy and healthy life!! We all choose our battles with everything in life..... I decided A FEW YEARS AGO..... it was time to start choosing ME!!❤️ HOW ABOUT YOU? I'd love to hear what motivates you!🥰

You DO KNOW that YOU are the MAGIC behind ANYTHING you do.....RIGHT?? 🤔 You can try ANY AND ALL HEALTH programs under the SUN ..... JOIN every GYM.... TAKE every new class that comes along..... Try every new nutrition program... And..... Even try that drink that promises to help you burn fat while you sleep.... 🙄 BUT..... if YOU don't put IN THE EFFORT.....IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF every freaking day... .....it's NOT going to work my friend! IT'S ALL IN YOUR MINDSET💗💗 And that's where my motivation comes from every morning when I wake up!!! I TRY.... And that's all WE can do...TRY! If we want results.....we have to put in the effort!!♥️

I am BALANCED!♥️ Well..... I'm definitely getting there!! 😉 No Barre today....just pure cardio!! Finally a cardo I LOVE!! So MANY fun moves to keep you smiling and laughing the whole 35 minutes!! And to think.....I almost didn't do the program!!! 😂 At 53.....It's about time I decided to try all life has to offer!!!✌️ No MORE sitting on the sidelines watching everyone else!!!🥰

This is something for me.... something I look forward to doing EVERY SINGLE DAY!! Something that makes me feel good about myself.... and something that makes me WANT TO GET UP and GET IT DONE!!! Today..... BOOTY day!!🍑 And I can tell by the way my day started......it's going to be an ahhhhhmazing day!!💕💕
