🆚 WEIGHT BATTLE | BROOKS GLYCERIN MAX VS. NEW BALANCE MORE V5

This is a real heavyweight battle. No fleet footed, frailty here. A pair of max cushioned, monsters take to the scales today

First on the scales is the Glycerin Max. This dual foamed cruiser weights in at a whopping 335.9g. However, the pay off is a soft ride and a pleasant rocker feel to the midsole

👟 IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS | SHOE PODIUM

The Ironman World Championships were taking place today in the big island for the Pro Male athletes. Patrick Lange remained patient through the swimming and cycling sections before making his mark in his favorite event, the marathon. With a time of 2:37:34, he clinched his third world title and set a new race record.

🆚 WEIGHT BATTLE | BROOKS HYPERION MAX 2 VS. NIKE PEGASUS PLUS

A battle on the scales between 2 tempo shoes with a very different feel. ’s Pegasus Plus brings softness an bounce with its full ZoomX midsole whole also carrying the weight of the Pegasus Turbo’s legacy.

🥊 On the other side of the scales, we have ’s Hyperon Max 2. This brings a firmer feel to the table with a big rocker and toe spring. Whilst it doesn’t have quote the weight of expectations, it does come with a 12g weight penalty over the Pegasus

🏆 WTC FINALS | SHOE PODIUM

🥇 takes the win in Torremolinos! His time of 29:29, powered by the Alphafly 3, secured the top spot on the podium and boosted him to 3rd place in the world rankings, just 2 points behind (3726.40 points)

🥈 finished second with a time of 30:31 in the Metaspeed Edge Paris, maintaining his 2nd place in the world rankings (3728.33 points)

🥉 claimed third place with an impressive 29:17, adding the World Title to her Olympic gold while wearing the SC Elite v4.

🥇 returned to winning in a course record of 2:16:52 using the good old Vaporfly Next% 2. Men’s gold went to and in a time of 2:05:38

🥈 Women’s silver went to in a time of 2:19:27 in Nike Alphafly 3. Silver for the men went to Boki Asefa in Nike Alphafly 3 too in 2:20:25

🥇 broke barriers today with her 2:09:56 making her the first woman ever under 2:10 in the marathon. Her weapon of choice? Alphafly 3 which also set a world record in the men’s race this time last year! Men’s gold went to and in a time of 2:02:44
