pping through television channels, and came across the Food Network. I remember it like it was yesterday, seeing Emeril Lagasse make that garbanzo bean and tomato salad and thinking to myself, “I think mom has all those ingredients!” Off I ran to the kitchen, asking for all these items, and I chopped up my tomatoes, onions, juiced a lemon, and with a little help, get a can of beans open. I became fixated on mixing things, and watching people enjoy my food, my passion, my creations. I started with delicious family favourites, and now working on a line of dog treats. Lots of experiments for every family member, including the lovely furry friends in your life.
