Switching your self talk from “things happened TO me”

To ”those things happened FOR me” can have great impact

Instead of having the victim mindset and blaming other external factors for where you are by using TO

Using FOR allows you to reflect and ask questions around all the situations in life

It allows you to dig deep and understand that each situation happened FOR a reason.

Mainly, what lesson is that situation teaching you, to help you grow/evolve into a better person?
