Easiest way to identify trend reversals

By drawing trend lines on different timeframes and using specific criteria to confirm reversals, traders can make more informed decisions about entering or exiting trades.

When a trend line is broken and crossed either a candlestick is closed on the other side or the major trend line is broken thats when you enter a trade.

Identify the Trend:

The first step is to determine the current trend in the currency pair you're trading. You can do this by drawing a trend line. For an uptrend, connect the lows, and for a downtrend, connect the highs.

It's been a good week, a 1% loss, but some good consistent wins.

Over the past year I went from one strategy to the next, always stuck with the 4 hour TF but I was trying to find the " one" that would put me in trades perfectly.

I was looking for something that gave me perfect entries or something that would be an indication to take a trade and tell me long or short. Truth me told I could never find that one thing, I'd have some success for a bit with something and then just it would fall apart. I'd move on to the next thing...

Until I went back to the most basic thing in trading, Using trend lines to trade off of. Are they perfect ..nope, BUT it's a simple strategy that I understand how to follow and to use and it works for me.

Entered this trade once it broke the trend line and re-tested it, the red bullish trend line tells it is an up trend. The thin blue line is a safety line and the black horizontal line is a half way point of my stop loss.

Let's see how this trade goes and works out over the next day or so.
