Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

It's irreplaceable. I say it again, it's irreplaceable.
Today, in Christendom people are running after what will make them known ( the gifts) more than what will make them qualify to see the Lord the Giver of gift ( holiness)
Having spiritual gifts as a Christian is very important, but spiritual gifts without holiness of life is equivalent to having nothing.
Jesus made us to know that it's very much possible to do great miracles in His name and still don't have any relationship with Him.
You can have the gifts and still don't have the Spirit.
God gives us gift to work for Him, but He gives us holiness to walk with Him and also to prepare us for Himself.
Living holy life is a possibility. If we can pray for holiness as we are praying for properity and gift of the spirit, God is not unfaithful to make us holy.
Remember, holiness is irreplaceable.

WHO IS A CHILD OF GOD?
This is a question is that is often asked, and many believe that is only God that knows His child.
It very important for us to have a clear definition of whom a child of God is.
Many at times we take a religious person to be a child of God.
According to the scripture, a child of God is someone who is
Born of God.
The old life of sin has been crucified
The Spirit of God continually bears witness with his spirit that he is of God.
I want us to examine ourselves, according to the scripture, are we His child?
It is not what Pastor says that makes you a child if God, once the Spirit does not bear with your spirit, you are not His child.
You can be His child today by coming to Jesus now. Confess your sin, forsake them and Jesus will not cast you out.

Who is a Christian?
It is generally believed that anyone who bears a Christian name or anyone who carries Bible or anyone who sings and mentions the name of Jesus is a Christian.
I want us to know that what makes a man a Christian goes beyond all I've mentioned above.
It very essential for us to know that there is difference btw a religious person and a spiritual person.
A Christian is someone that been of the Spirit, meaning such a person is born again. He is no more of the fleeh, he walks in the spirit, he lives according to God's and his name is written in the book of life.
He is a new creature, everything about has changed from sinfulness to sinlessness.
If you don't have this experience of being born again, dear reader, you are not again Christian.
Come to Jesus, confess your sins, forsake them and you will be a Christian.

RELIGION OR SALVATION?
Religion, God's way or man made.
The first man was made in God's own image. He was made without sin and he possessed nature God.
Immediately he sinned, what did he loose? Religion or God's nature?
The way man was made, he was not made to religious, but to be righteous as God is.
God is not author of any religion. Man came up with religion when he lost God's nature.
What man needs is the reformation of his spirit, which can only be done by being born again.
Until the Adamic nature is being taken away, no matter the level of religion, man still remains a sinner.
