Juni im legendären Teatro ab 23 Uhr eine heiße Party in der Münchner Innenstadt gemeinsam mit Munich Carnival veranstalten. Und am 9. Juni geht’s auf die Straße wo wir mit unserem Truck und fetten Afrobeats durch München fahren.

Willkommen bei Freak de l'Afrique – einem pulsierenden Herzstück der Berliner Eventlandschaft und der Inbegriff einer kulturellen Revolution!
Seit 2012 gestalten wir als Kollektiv aus DJs, MCs, Tänzern und Eventmanagern die Zukunft der Eventlandschaft. Von legendären Clubnächten wie Cirque de l'Afrique bis hin zu inspirierenden Corporate und Cultural Events bieten wir ein breites Spektrum an einzigartigen Erlebnissen.
Unser Fokus liegt auf der Förderung von Kreativität und Talent marginalisierter Gruppen. Durch diverse Projekte wie Clubnächte, Konzerte, Musicals, Fashionshows uvm. setzen wir nicht nur auf etablierte Formate, sondern entwickeln ständig neue, aufregende Projekte. Unser Ziel ist es, nicht nur Veranstaltungen zu organisieren, sondern Geschichten zu gestalten und unserer Community eine Stimme zu verleihen.

Deine Aufgaben:
Als Booker:in/Eventmanger:In spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in der Umsetzung unserer Vision. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
Du machst Verträge mit Künstler:innen, Agenturen und Zulieferern
Du kalkulierst und prognostizierst die Einzelveranstaltungen und erstellst Veranstaltungsabrechnungen
Du und das Team organisieren und führen die Veranstaltungen nach den Bedingungen der Künstler:innen im Einklang mit den hauseigenen Ansprüchen durch
Du bearbeitest die Events in den Themenfeldern Ticketing, Technik, Catering, Unterkunft mit dem Team
Du koordinierst das Marketing in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung & Marketing-Abteilung
Du koordinierst das Personal in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und der Leitung
Du erarbeitest neue, innovative Konzepte und Projekte
Du vernetzt dich mit Agenturen und Künstler:innen, Partner:innen und Dienstleistern in der Region und darüber hinaus
Du übernimmst die strategische Planung und Kuration des Jahresspielplans in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Presse und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
Du verhandelst intensiv und bist maßgeblich für unsere Kostenstruktur verantwortlich
Du buchst externe Terminanfragen für alle Shows
Du sorgst dafür, dass die technischen Voraussetzungen für ein eine Live-Show gegeben sind (Zusammenarbeit mit technischem Leiter)
Du kümmerst dich um verschiedene administrative Aufgaben der Eventproduktion inkl. Datenerfassung aller Künstleranforderungen (Technik, Hospitality, Soundcheck, etc.) sowie derer Organisation und Bereitstellung
Du erstellst Veranstaltungsrider/ Informationsübersichten für Veranstaltungen
Du planst und veranstaltest generell viele eigene Partys und Konzerte mit dem Team zusammen und bist für deren Erfolg hauptverantwortlich

Anforderungen:
Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einer relevanten Ausbildung oder nachweislichen Erfahrungen im Eventmanagement. Idealerweise bringst du folgende Qualifikationen mit:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Booking und Eventmanagement, vorzugsweise im kulturellen oder/und Clubbereich
Begeisterung für kulturelle Vielfalt und marginalisierte Gruppen
Gutes wissen über die afrikanische Kultur & Musiklandschaft
Verhandlungssicherheit und Kostenbewusstsein
Hervorragende Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, effektiv in diversen Teams zu arbeiten
Kreativität und Innovationsgeist
Vernetzungsfähigkeiten und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien für Veranstaltungen von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Tools der Eventbranche
Fließend in Englisch & Deutsch, dritte Sprache von Vorteil
