Meet Mrs. Evans, our newest school counselor and a proud member of the class of 1996!

She began teaching theology at McT in 2006 and spent the next 15 years in the classroom before stepping into her new role as counselor.

Mrs. Evans loves working one-on-one with students and families, helping them navigate challenges and find clarity. Outside of school, she enjoys DIY projects—especially painting rooms, listening to podcasts, and a lighthearted Hallmark-movie competition with her husband to see who can predict the plot first.

Her favorite weekends include morning Mass and time with her four boys—Jude ’21, Asa ’23, Gabe ’25, and Dominic ’28.

We’re grateful she continues to share her heart and talents with the McT community!

We are thrilled to share our 10 Year Anniversary issue this month! 🤗. It all began in December 2015. Time has truly flown by. Almost 120 families have inspired our cover, approximately 1000 businesses have sponsored, and thousands of local events have been shared. What a remarkable neighborhood! Rebekah Dollar M.S.,CCC-SLP is the owner of Honey B! Rebekah graduated from the University of South Alabama with her Master’s degree in 2016. She started Honey B in her dining room as a very part time job while she stayed home with her two boys. Rebekah has a big heart for her autistic clients and loves working with toddlers and early language learners. She has interests in gestalt language processing and communicating through echolalia and loves to continue learning. Her mission is to provide quality therapy services to anyone that walks through the doors of Honey B!
