Well sounds like when the FBI reviewed fraudclosures in FL & just went back to Fannie & told them all the errors in the papers perhaps to see where they were failing & may have had fraud. Bank of America could not due anything without Fannies approval. BUT WAIT didnt Fannie get millions from Countrywide for the predatory loans? Where is the injury? They already got paid & borrowers run over. Still being harrassed over loans they reversed payments on to make borrowers default & try to steal the homes ovr & ovr.
