***CODI ALERT*** ASHBURN, VA
The Virginia State Police issued a CODI ALERT on behalf of the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office for a missing 15-year-old juvenile. PADMA MAYA PHILLIPS was last seen on December 8, 2024, around 3:45 p.m., leaving her residence in Ashburn, VA on foot. She was wearing a green and yellow hoodie, black Mickey Mouse pants, and carrying a green canvas tote bag. She was spotted heading west on Wyndridge Drive, possibly toward the Metro Station. Padma has a history of mental health challenges and does not have her prescribed medications with her. She is considered at-risk. Randi Snowden has been reported missing to the Cumberland Police Department. She is a white female, 12 year old, 4’11”, approximately 82lbs, with shoulder length dark brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen in the area of Fayette Street on Wednesday evening, 12/11/24. Her clothing description is as follows: blue jeans , and white Pl***oy sweater. It is believed that she is currently within the city limits of Cumberland. Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is urged to contact the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600.

The Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a missing 40-year-old male. AJ Sloan (Audie Carl Sloan Jr) was last seen on foot in Crichton, WV on November 24th, 2024. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since. AJ has a tribal tattoo on his upper left arm. His family is extremely concerned for his safety and well-being. Do you recognize this woman?

Reservation Road Jane Doe’s remains were found in a wooded area in Olympia, Washington in 1981, near a crudely constructed cross made of sticks and a shoelace. Since 2020, investigators with the DNA Doe Project have been working to identify her by building her family tree based on her DNA profile and her relative matches. This year, we commissioned a new portrait of her by forensic artist Carl Koppelman which reflects her Ashkenazi Jewish heritage.

“We are hoping someone recognizes her, and we are hoping to spread the word about her case through the Jewish community. Someone knows who she is,” said team co-leader Eric Hendershott.

It took 50 years but Investigators in Platteville, Colorado have finally identified skeletal remains found on November 19, 1973 as those of Roxanne Leadbeater. For decades she was known only as Jane Doe 1973, that was until advancements in genetic genealogy prompted detectives to exhume her remains. With that, she was identified through forensic genealogy as 15-year-old Roxanne Colleen Leadbeater from the Los Angeles area. How Leadbetter ended up in Colorado remains a mystery. The fact that she had no connections to Colorado and was never reported missing complicates matters further because investigators have no idea why she would be there. With no close family remaining investigators are asking for the publics help in trying to determine how she ended up in the Platteville area. Police in Pennsylvania have a suspect in custody for the incident last week involving the UHC CEO. 26-year-old Luigi Mangione was arrested at a McDonald’s in Altoona after an employee thought he resembled the man in New York Police Department photos and called police.
