In 2012 Kristy Harding finished grad school and her tenure as associate editor of the Pitkin Review and realized that, though she loved editing a literary journal, there were few she wanted to read. Many markets focused on some of the things she loved, but there were few places on the Internet for people who would read both Topless Robot and The Rumpus.
