Team members from various Affinity companies like Think Realty, National Real Estate Insurance Group, and American Association of Private Lenders (to name a few), established the 'Affinity REI Club' to give employees practical real estate investing knowledge and experience.

During the first few months of meetings, the new investor-members learned REI basics from the club’s seasoned pros and eventually voted to purchase its first property in February 2018: a brick Tudor in an old Kansas City, Missouri neighborhood on the cusp of regeneration!

In September 2017, the Affinity REI Club was established as a way to ensure Affinity Worldwide employees will experience how life-changing investing in real estate can be. The club was formed to give those employees practical real estate investing knowledge and experience.

After considering a few properties, the club voted to purchase its first in February 2018: a brick Tudor in an old Kansas City, Missouri neighborhood on the cusp of regeneration! Our friends at the Radius Renovation Group are working hard to restore this property.

Exciting news!

Affinity Worldwide recently signed a sponsorship agreement with Jennifer Jo Cobb Racing. Her vehicle and race suit will soon be sporting the Think Realty logo as she speeds around the racetrack at 190 miles-per-hour.
