Hail shaft
This storm went through southern Pontotoc county today started ramping up for a split second and produced this hail shaft. It weakened about 15 minutes later.
Let’s go ahead and start talking about Mondays weather event! Current models are saying storms will fire in the early/mid afternoon. That is subject to either stay the same or change since we are 2 days out! We will continue to monitor and send updates as we get them! As always don’t panic have a plan!!

Here is a model of possible storm track and ignition from now until 2pm and will pick back up again later this afternoon threat goes until 11pm ALL HAZZARDS are possible with these storms so be weather aware and know your plan in case of emergency! This model is “TBD”
Damaging winds and large hail are the main threats tonight. The TORNADO THREAT is there but very low! But like always have a plan and be weather aware as the afternoon and evening approaches. Stay tuned for more updates as they come available!
