The No Project Blog To empower women to say NO, so they can say YES to what matters. My name is Claudia and I have a confession to make. Lots and lots of toxic resentment.

Sharing experiences in putting the no into practice, becoming a and building a movement to . I’m a chronic people pleaser, obliger, yes person. Ultimately keeping the peace has led to disappointment, suffering and resentment. It was a remark fr

om my manager about my inability to prioritise, that was the impetus to take control over my career, relationships and finances. I needed to learn to say No. I thought I was the only one with a No challenge, but lots of women I know have revealed that they too have similar stresses. And so the The No Project was born. Finally dirt is thrown over the whole lot and cooked for a few hours. Yummy! 🌴 with

SPAM - the Hawaiian national dish! I love visiting supermarkets to see the difference in food. SPAM goes back to World War II, when the luncheon meat was served to GIs. Since then SPAM has been incorporated into the local cuisine including SPAM musubi- a variation of sushi with spam on top of rice and wrapped in seaweed 🌺🌺🌺 🌴
