White clots may be an emerging condition. This is what billions of people around the world have to face!

The world is watching research reports on white blood clots, the white tissue in blood vessels. Results from a multinational study have found that people who died after receiving a coronavirus vaccine, either an mRNA or an inactivated vaccine, had white plaque in their arteries that could lead to life-threatening blood clots.

White clot, white tissue, similar to squid tissue. It attaches to blood vessels, is sticky, and has a hollow center that allows blood to flow through it. This was found when blood was taken from the bodies of about 30% of people who died who had a history of receiving an mRNA version of the Covid vaccine, which had never been discovered before the Covid outbreak.

White clots were found in the blood vessels of the deceased, which could have been several meters long before they ruptured. It is different from white blood clot syndrome.

In Thailand, Dr. Teerawat Haemjutha, director of the Health Sciences Center for Emerging Diseases at Chulalongkorn University, came out to acknowledge that research had found white clots in the blood vessels of deceased people. And there is a history of actual vaccination against COVID-19. Thailand is also collecting data for this study, but I want to emphasize that the COVID-19 vaccine is beneficial in the fight against COVID-19. As for long-term side effects, that’s still being studied in terms of data. Please do not be alarmed by such news.

Elevate foreigners to buy property in Thailand

The essence of the ministerial regulation is to define 4 types of high potential alien groups who can acquire land for use as a residence, namely:
1. The world's population with high wealth
2. Group of retirees from abroad
3. Groups who want to work from Thailand
4. Special skilled group

Conditions for "foreigners to buy a house" in Thailand must proceed as follows:

~ The amount of land that has been granted the right is not more than 1 rai according to Section 96 bis of the Land Code.
~Use that land as a residence for yourself within Bangkok Pattaya City or municipality or within the area designated as a residential area under the law on town planning
~ Have investment amount in any type of business or business not less than 40 million baht
~ Invest at least 3 years, such as buying Thai government bonds Investing in Real Estate Funds Infrastructure Fund Real estate investment trusts, etc., established under the law on trusts for transactions in the capital market. (Newly added from the Ministerial Regulation B.E. 2545) if the investment in a business or business is withdrawn before the end of the capital maintenance period Must notify in writing to the competent official within 60 days from the date of investment withdrawal.

The latest draft will be brought to the Cabinet for further approval. and there may be an increase in the investment limit from 40 million baht, but the number of the increase in the limit has not yet been concluded
