All the other users including musicians, producers, directors etc. shall ne “users” and must follow the user policy.
□ To use our facility, all users must understand the policy below.

◼︎Description of Work(What we can do here)
□ Recording of vocals, narration, guitar, DJ Mix, Beat Making, and Edit, Track down, Mastering.

◼︎Hours of Operation
□ Monday to Thursday, from 20:00 to 24:00 due to t

he coordination of translator.
□ Engineering workers and translators are provided by the studio. You may not bring your own.

◼︎Fees
□ Engineering cost is included in all plans. For excess hours, we payment will be due up front, although depending on the studio’s schedule, excess work hours may not be accepted.
□ We do not accept check, credit card, pay after work, or any kind of discount. The fees are listed below.

□ Mic Recording: 1hour, 6,500yen (Please add Japanese sales tax 8%)
Condenser Mic [NEUMANN-U87Ai] and Mic Preamp [AVALON-VT-737-SP] are included in the basic package. Fees will be charged for additional equipment use..

□ Track Down: 1 music 10,000yen(Please add Japanese sales tax 8%)
1 track has a 5 minute tracking maximum. Depending on the number of channels you use, the fee will be different. This fee includes 2 times of repair allowing you to make changes after the discussion. Once you finish payment, we will start working. Dead line is negotiable.
*We do not accept third party’s presence while working.

□ Mastering: 1 track 5,000yen(Please add Japanese sales tax 8%)
1 track has a 5 minute maximum. Depending on 2 mix condition, the fee may change. Dead line is negotiable.

□ DJ Mix Mastering: 1 track 15,000yen (Please add Japanese sales tax 8%)
Length of 1 title has a 74 minutes maximum. Dead line is negotiable.

◼︎Cancelation
□ Cancellation Policy;
Work day or the day before the work day: 100% of the fee
2~6 days before the work day: 50% of the fee due
7 days before the work day: 0%
Fee is due within one week of cancellation. Please notify us as soon as possible if cancelling.

◼︎Equipment and device in Studio
□ Please do not touch any of the equipment or devices inside of the studio.
□ We do not rent out the studio, so do not bring your own engineers.
□ All the equipment and mechanical devices are operated by the studio personnel, except turn table and DJ mixer.
□ You will be charged for loses, damage, defilement and/or uncleanliness weather or not on purpose.

◼︎Data Storage
□ All data recorded in the studio will be deleted after 30 days without notification. We are not responsible for your data backup after 30 days.

◼︎Entry Control
□ Due to safety and limited capacity within the studio, only those essential to recording are allowed in the studio. Please have family and/or friends wait outside of the room as there is no waiting area.

◼︎Other Prohibited Matters (Food, Smoking, Drinking)
□ No eating or drinking except in the break room. Please take trash with you.
□ No smoking in any other rooms except smoking area.
□ No drinking alcohol before or during use of studio.
□ Any alcohol, flammable items, inflammable items, animals are not allow inside the facility.
□ Any actions or behaviors violate the law is prohibited.
□ Minor age people are not allow to use studio after 23:00.
□ Photos and videos without permission are prohibited inside of studio.
□ It is prohibited to record studio staff or working scenes and upload them to the internet or SNS without permission.
□ Please do not make loud noise outside the studio because it is housing area. Once you finish working in the studio, do not hang out outside or play loud music in the car or motorcycle.
□ Any action causing trouble is prohibited.
□ Violation of contract in any way will result in cancelling contract without fee refund. We also have the right to refuse future work.

◼︎Safety Prevention
□ We will monitor and record due to safety precautions.

◼︎Notice
□ Please take shoes off inside of studio. You may enter the room 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Time for you to sign the contract, agreement, pay for the fee, discussion, bring in your equipment, settings, recording, checking, carry your equipment out of studio, are all included in your appointment time.
□ For example, if you wish to spend 1 hour recording, You need to consider the time for you to prepare and clean up. You need to start cleanup 5 minutes before your appointment finished.
□ Recording fee is charged hourly. Even if your work is not completed, we do not allow extra time to complete. Please make future appointment to finish work.
□ If you finish within 1 hour, and will not be credited in the future.
□ We are not responsible for your loss or being late to start. We do not make exceptions. Please do not be late, you will still be charged.
□ We do not accept any changes or additional work outside the contract.
□ We don’t have any personal lockers or safe box. You are responsible for all of your belongings.
□ We have parking space for two cars, but there is a slope in the parking area. Please be careful when you park.
□ We are not responsible of any of your damage or injury, car accident outside and inside of the studio.
□ We do not negotiate user policy. We may modify or update user policy without notification.

◼︎Privacy Policy
1. Any private information we use to work in the studio will not be used for any other purposes.
2. We will not release private information unless legal issue comes up or accident occurs and need to use for emergency reason.
3. Whenever the customer wishes to make any changes or correction, delete on private information, we will take care of it immediately.

◼︎How to make Reservation
□ We don’t have English speaking staff here, so you cannot make reservation by phone.
□ It may take some time to answer your questions.
□ Depending on the work you wish, we may not be able to handle.
□ Our schedule is depending on our translator’s schedule.
□ Please make appointment.
□ We don’t have studio tour for customers.
□ We can’t guarantee your reservation when there is unforeseen natural disaster.
