More camping food content, but before we get into that, just a reminder that it’s the Act Now show on this Saturday from 1pm, and Rumba Mundial at on the 27th.

So, left to right:

Broccoli dhal with some curry leaf fried toast because we didn’t have enough rice. Pretty much everything has wild fennel on, which we found next to the beach.

Classic baked pots made in the fire with naga beans, chaat masala, coconut vinegar pickled onions and loads of coriander.

First time cooking a lean steak, can’t remember what cut this was, but I got it from on a holiday shopping run with little Ernie - end of the day, last steak left. Bangin’

Cobs cooked on the fire, sprinkled with chaat masala and cheddar; after the photo was taken, some of the steak butter went on too

Tomato’s from with coriander and coconut vinegar pickled red onions, coriander and wild fennel fronds

Steak rested and basted in curry leaf, garlic, fennel seed, fennel frond and cardamom butter
