A wise man once told me at a tender age to always give away the things I’ve learned and experience an overflow that will keep on giving.

Right from nursery school majority of my peers were raised to be highly competitive. They found an inconvenient way to write with paranoia while blocking off peering eyes. The ones that remained in my immediate circle grew up being highly secretive despite finding it difficult to outdo the carefree ones like myself.

People are copying and stealing your ideas they warned. But of what good is an idea that is not worth stealing? I’d respond.

Several years later, we all drifted apart and none of these people can be found on my horizon. Some never launched however hard they tried and since they often bring no value to their network beyond what they can take no one felt the need to engage them on things that matter.

I learned from their stories the problem with hoarding and covetous attitudes toward ideas as you end up living off your reserves and become stale.

“Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish” and embrace the art and science of “Nothing” while mastering your fluency in Silence as you observe the deeds of men and the attendant consequences.

If you love anything enough, you give it away. It will find its way back to you if it was really meant to be. 🍃
