🎉🎉🎉 It’s the greatest love story ever known and we are ready to share it with you!

Join us as we dig into the narrative of the entire Bible and journey our way through God's redemptive plan. God created us as part of His family, to dwell together with Him, and despite our sin and rebellion, He had a plan to restore and redeem us from the very beginning. But we have an enemy constantly trying to thwart God's plan and keep us from Him. And throughout the entire Bible, the Seed War takes center stage. It's an epic battle of good versus evil on a cosmic level. The enemy is continually trying to destroy God's people because he knew the promised Messiah would come through the woman's seed—the human lineage. But time and time again, we see God's protection and provision for His people. We see Him saving them, and even concealing the mystery of the Messiah to the supernatural world where they celebrated Jesus' death, not realizing it was their fatal blow… that through Jesus' death, resurrection, and triumph over the grave, we have been offered the redemption that God planned out before the foundation of the world. A return to Eden. A return to dwelling with Him.

Eden to Eden: A Journey Through God’s Redemptive Story is a 30,000 ft view of the Biblical narrative… but don't worry, we dive deep like always! You'll read familiar stories, favorites, and maybe ones you’ve never read before as we begin in Genesis and make our way to Revelation, all the while revealing God's plan of redemption that continues to give us the hope that we have.

We start August 15, 2024 and we will journey through scripture in a way we never have.

What you’ll get:

👉Access to the live zoom calls for 16 weeks (replay will be available)
👉The digital copy of the brand new Eden to Eden study (300+ pages)
👉Access to our past studies this year… including Revelation!
👉A library of devotions, Bible lessons and MORE
👉Access to our exclusive podcast

[NEW BLOG] Eden to Eden: In the Beginning

We are starting at the very beginning—creation and the Garden of Eden! The Bible opens with the words in the beginning… hence the title of the book—Genesis. Genesis 1:1 says, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” And this is the very beginning of God’s love story for us! It then goes on to explain the beginning of all things and from the very beginning, we see God’s handiwork and plan for humanity.

He is our High Priest—who is seated next to the Father, meaning He’s at rest. Being seated for a high priest was not customary in that they were always offering sacrificing as people brought their offerings in. It was a very busy job! But Jesus offered up the very last sacrifice needed—His own body—so that we could find salvation and rest in Him. And as we walk in that reality, we are seated with Him 🙏🏽🤍 what a beautiful reality!

Jesus said, “I Am the Bread of Life”

👉 “And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. I am the bread of life. Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and are dead. This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that one may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world. As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me. This is the bread which came down from heaven—not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He who eats this bread will live forever.”” John 6:35, 48-51, 57-58

The people would have been very familiar with what Jesus was referring to by using the terms “bread of life” and “living bread from heaven.” Many years beforehand, when God delivered the Israelites from slavery in Egypt and was leading them through the wilderness to the Promised Land, He provided them with manna.

[NEW BLOG] 👉 In the gospel of John, Jesus makes seven “I am…” statements that connect Him to Old Testament concepts about God and the promise of the coming Messiah. The Jewish people living at the time of Jesus would have been fully aware of the significance of the terms used in these statements. With these statements, Jesus was declaring that He was the One they had been waiting for, the Messiah, the One whom God had promised to send.

The Seven “I Am…” Statements

• I am the Bread of Life.
• I am the Light of the World.
• I am the Door (or Gate).
• I am the Good Shepherd.
• I am the Resurrection and the Life.
• I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
• I am the Vine.

In part 1 on the blog, we’ll examine the first 2 statements: I am the Bread of Life and I am the Light of the World.

[NEW BLOG] Today we’re going to visit Psalm 34, specifically Psalm 34:18. While this entire chapter holds so many amazing truths, verse 18 is absolutely amazing; brimming with comfort, encouragement, and promises from God to those who are hurting.

It is no secret that we were not made for this sin-filled world, nor all the wounds our souls are forced to endure as we make our way through this life. It wasn’t God’s plan for us, but it is where we find ourselves.

Being a child of God does not mean we are promised an easy, pain-free life but it does mean we are promised that we will never walk through anything without the miraculous, magnificent, upholding power of our God. That is the beauty that separates us from the world and that, when depended upon, can literally transform any circumstance we encounter. While it does not erase the pain we’re facing, it does invite us to look upon the face of God and allow His perfect lovingkindness to change us, restore us, anchor us, and transform us.

As we dive in, you must first know this: your broken heart absolutely matters to God. In fact, you’ll discover that He has made a special provision for the exact kind of pain we experience (the kind that can’t even be described in words) and He has a beautiful rescue plan for you!

13/05/2024

After the Israelites were freed from Egypt and on their way to the Promised Land, God gave His Law to Moses to instruct the people of Israel on how they were to worship Him.

“And there you shall build an altar to the LORD your God, an altar of stones; you shall not use an iron tool on them. You shall build with whole stones the altar of the LORD your God, and offer burnt offerings on it to the LORD your God. You shall offer peace offerings, and shall eat there, and rejoice before the LORD your God. And you shall write very plainly on the stones all the words of this law.”  Deuteronomy 27:6-8

Altars used to worship God were to be built using whole stones. Whole stones were the work of God. If tools were used on the stones then the people would have been adding their own works to the altars.

After forty years in the wilderness, the people of Israel entered the Promised Land with Joshua and built an altar of stones to worship God as they had been commanded.

Now Joshua built an altar to the LORD God of Israel in Mount Ebal, as Moses the servant of the LORD had commanded the children of Israel, as it is written in the Book of the Law of Moses: “an altar of whole stones over which no man has wielded an iron tool.” And they offered on it burnt offerings to the LORD, and sacrificed peace offerings.  Joshua 8:30-31

God was very clear about the difference between the whole stones of His works versus the cut stones or bricks of men’s works.

Through the prophet Isaiah, we learn what God thinks about altars made of bricks instead of stone.

I have stretched out My hands all day long to a rebellious people, who walk in a way that is not good, according to their own thoughts; a people who provoke Me to anger continually to My face; who sacrifice in gardens, and burn incense on altars of brick.  Isaiah 65:2-3

[NEW BLOG] 👉 As believers, we know that we are saved by the finished work of Jesus on the cross, not by our own works (Eph. 2:8-9). Stones are the work of God since He created them. A person cannot create a stone. But people can make bricks. Bricks are the work of men.

Stones = God’s works.
Bricks = men’s works.

Let’s take a look at the bricks of rebellion throughout scripture as well as the altars of stone—and most importantly, the Cornerstone.

Have you checked out the latest blog? 👇

When God brought Israel out of slavery from Egypt, He first sent ten plagues to cause Pharaoh to let His people go and to deliver judgment upon the gods of Egypt (Ex. 12:12, Num. 33:4). Before the tenth and final plague, God spoke to Moses and Aaron about the feast of Passover for the first time.

The people were to take a lamb on the 10th day of the first month and keep it until the 14th day of the month. Then, at twilight, the lamb was to be killed. The timing of twilight is important as the next date on the biblical calendar begins in the evening after twilight. So the lamb was to be killed at the end of the 14th day just before the 15th day began.

Fast-forward almost 1500 years when it became very evident that the sacrifice of the Passover lamb was a picture or type for the sacrifice of Jesus. Throughout the generations since Moses, God had been preparing His people for the ultimate sacrifice of the perfect Passover Lamb.

Happy Passover 🙏🏽 Passover began yesterday at sundown and continues into the Feast of Unleavened Bread and Firstfruits (when Jesus rose from the grave!)

Almost 2000 years ago, God sent our final Passover Lamb that would free us from slavery to sin. Thank you Jesus!

There seems to be some confusion by some who think we believe Jesus has already returned. So let’s clear some things up…

Has Jesus already returned?

No. We do NOT believe that Jesus has already physically returned to earth. We believe we are waiting for that blessed hope of His final return to earth as He crushes evil once and for all 🙏🏽

[NEW BLOG] 👉 The book of Philippians is one of four epistles written by the apostle Paul while he was imprisoned. While these chapters are filled with so much life, freedom, and liberation, they were written by Paul at a time when he was not experiencing any of these things physically but all of them spiritually.

Take a look at the 7 secrets to being made whole as Paul described them on today’s blog. Head to the link in bio 🔥

[NEW BLOG] “Now at the Passover Feast the governor was accustomed to release for the people any one prisoner whom they wanted. And at that time they were holding a notorious prisoner called Barabbas. So when the people gathered together, Pilate said to them, “Whom do you want me to release for you: Barabbas, or Jesus who is called Christ?” For he knew that it was because of envy that they had handed Him over.” Matthew 27:15-18

Here we find Jesus, who had just been arrested, brought before Pilate to determine His fate. He is brought side by side with a man named Barabbas and as was customary, Pilate offered the crowd a choice in which prisoner would be set free that day (John 18:39). In the end, the crowd decides that Barabbas will walk free while Jesus will die in his place…

Let’s take a deeper look to find out who Barabbas was.

23/03/2024

When God calls us to come out of Babylon, out of the world and its evil ways, we are to go to Him, to aliyah, to go to the place He has chosen as a dwelling for His name. And where does God’s name dwell now?

✨The Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. John 14:17

✨Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? 1 Corinthians 3:16

✨He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name. Revelation 3:12

We don’t have to physically go anywhere when we come out of Babylon. When God calls us out of Babylon, we need to go to Him, to the Holy Spirit living inside of all believers, to the Word—Jesus (John 1:1). We can do this through prayer, through reading His word, the Bible, being set apart and by following the Way, Jesus (John 14:6)!

[NEW BLOG] 👉 We are living in what feels like modern day Babylon. This world, under the power of Satan (1 John 5:19), is like Babylon; full of pagan worship, blasphemy of the One True God, and so much evil. But for those who are in Christ, God calls us out of Babylon, out of the ways of the world, to follow Him and His Way (John 14:6).

God is calling His people to come out of Babylon now, just like He did in the past throughout the entire Bible. The most well-known time was after the Babylonian captivity of 70 years. Let’s take a look at what God means when He says to come out...

29/02/2024

Today on the blog, we’re going to visit a chapter that is often referred to as “The Holy of Holies” of the New Testament; John 17, the longest recorded intercessory prayer of Jesus. In this chapter, we get a behind-the-scenes, intimate glimpse of Jesus' personal prayer time with His Father. This time, He isn’t teaching us how to pray, or giving us an example, this is a peek into private, quiet prayer time between Father and Son. This is where Jesus, with full freedom of speech, brings His needs and desires before God. Isn’t it amazing to think about the fact that Jesus had desires and specific, important things on His mind that He wanted to bring to His Father? Read more on today's blog!
