I refuse to work with clients who build communities solely to convert members into paying customers.

You might see coaches or content creators does this.

But those paid opportunities more likely are genuinely asked from them as the result of the trust and value they’ve already provided — not something imposed on.

Do you want to create your own community?
What value are you giving to your audience?

Your fame? Your successfulness? Your material flexes?
Those are beneficial to your ego alone.

Try creating something that isn't about you and helpful to others.

I will never be like any of the Coach or Mentors i follow.

In terms of experience, age, persepectives, communication skills... Oof..definitely am no match yet.

But what I like about their ways is that — they're not teaching to have themselves duplicated.

They let you hone the skills that sparks you joy and creativity.

They let you find your own voice and individuality.

They let you accept, improve and celebrate the real "you".

Pasawsaw lang konti kasi i don’t understand why jam is being attackedt forda photo evidence she has.

First of all — walang trophy sa mga taong tinry umintindi multiple times pero niloko parin sa huli. Silentness does not mean kindness all the freakin time. We should know when to speak up and when to stay silent.

Kung magkademandahan man sila for legal & privacy matters. Gooo! But i bet it felt really really goooood for Jam to finally let it all out.

Napakahaba ng prosesong dadaan sa legal systems na madalas pinapaboran lang naman ang mga popular na mga tao.

Suma-side ka sa mga cheaters? Gusto mo tikom ang bibig ng mga babaeng naubusan na ng bait at pasensya kakaintindi or kaka-allow sa partner with the “acting method” for work? what if sainyo nangyare yun? Di ka magtalk or magshare ng iyong side?

No. No. No. Nope.

Second, why nacocompare yung ginawa ni Jam vs. sa dead silent ways ni Kathryn?

Ano bang laban nya sa mga artistang may fan-based, supporters, huge followers? Wala. Resibo lang alas nya.

Bawal magscreenshot or magtake ng photo sa mga oras na kinukutuban ka? Pero sila pwedeng magtake-advantage of your goodness?

No. No. No. Nope.

Hangsaya saya nila tapos ikaw sinu-suppress & sina-sabotage mo sarili mo sa hurt & pain?

No. No. No. No.

The people who wound you — get no say — on how you’d like to clean up the blood. 😏

Singers or Musicians are my favorite example of freelancers with personal brands.

They’re introspective.
Not trying to sell outright.

Well…in hindsight — aren’t music (the universal language) is also just a narration of stories with harmonies & melodies in it.

The perfect mix of life experiences that some people could also relate to.

Most of their work happens behind the scenes — we don’t even know what each song’s gonna be about (pre-prod phase)

By the time teasers drop,
the songs or the whole album is already solidify.

What’s more interesting:

They don’t need to post every single day.

Sakto lang. Just enough to keep their audience hooked and updated in the progress.

But when they do post, it’s direct.
Straight to the point. Targeted.

It doesn’t just hit the mark — it hits the charts.

I think consistency isn’t about posting all the time.

Its in the accumalation of work done offline to online.

Everything counts.

Every effort will magically adds up.

I told myself, if i’m going to build my personal brand — I wanted to try this type of structure and hopefully, hit some marks to your hearts too.

DINUROG NA PAMINTANG BUO

Nung may tindahan pa kami,

tuwing may bibili ng pamintang durog pero naubusan na kami ng stock,

ang lagi ko lang sinasabe (spill),
“alam mo bang ang pamintang durog ay dating pamintang buo? 😅 meron kami ditong pamintang buo, dikdikin lang — pamintang durog na.” 🤪

*Lalagyan ng “po” pag matanda ung bumibili.

Sa business gamit na gamit pala yung ganitong skills: wittyness + resourcefulness + suggestive marketing (natutunan ko itong term nung nagservice crew ako sa greenwich)

Ang goal ko lang naman dati as a tindera eh,
✅ maibigay ung kelangan ng customer
✅ saka matandaan ung tindahan namin.

Now, the good & the bad;

This is not a good sign sa costumers — kasi wala ung item na hinahanap nila.

Pero hindi din naman bad — kasi atleast hindi ka nagsinungaling. Lagi ka lang magsasabi ng totoo pero dagdagan mo ng kung anong pwede pang gawin. 👌 Lagyan mo ng plot twist.

Nakakahiya? Hindi.
Hindi ko naman sila kilala personally haha

Pero ang mahalaga, nakapagserve ako,

I’m afraid of my own conciousness

they’re not pretty.

they’re wild.
Crazy.
Unapologetic.
Unfiltered — can hurt someone.

Bubbly on the outside.
Melancholic deep inside.

Afraid to share (show) them coz
on somedays, no lessons can be pulled out from it either.

So tell me, how can you get it all out just that — if its not collectively structured for people to undestand it from.

How can people just let thoughts flow.

Without thinking it through & through.

Nung bata ako, naasar ako sa mga taong akala ko puro work-out lang ang alam sa bohay. ✌️Puro flex ng katawan sa gym. Puro papawis 😆

Pero naintindihan ko na ngayon why building a physique became a status symbol:

Nobody can’t buy a nice body.
Nobody can’t steal a strong body.
Nobody can’t borrow a healthy body.

And people post it to see their growth milestones — added fuel to motivate themselves even more.

Kasi mahirap pala maging consistent kung wala kang improvements na nakikita. 😅 Nakaka-discourage madalas.

Working out shows more about discipline, dedication and self-respect.

In the end, hindi lang ikaw yung may gain.

Hindi ba masarap sa pakiramdam na malakas ka sa para mga taong mahal mo? Na hindi mo kelangan ng tulong sa mga simpleng bagay? Na nabubuhat mo ung mga gusto mong buhatin katulad nung black cat ko (nori) sa baba na gusto na magpakalong habang nagppicture ako dito? 🙂‍↕️
