Mixing it up - encouraging new electronic music creation with original artists through annual global remix contest. Plus live event radio/TV streaming.

The B-Side Project started in 2009 as a UK wide project based around fusing music and providing artists with promotional opportunities. It is now international and is supported by PRISM SOUND. An exchange of UK, European and WORLD wide talent is highly encouraged throughout and is facilitated in the project. A constantly growing catalogue of new music is being developed and promoted, across variou

s platforms of media, live performance and digital releases. If you are in a band, solo artist or electronic producer, please do sign up to this page for updates on registration to the project. You can also keep informed by joining the newsletter on the right hand side of the website at www.b-sideproject.org. We also run a live radio show on www.hoxton.fm from which all participants tracks are played, as well as live event radio from festivals far and wide. Remote Access Worldwide:
Running from September each year, open to all musicians and electronic dance music producers worldwide. There are no geographical restrictions. This culminates in an awards event in April and 10-track album release. ACM Student Project:
Open to ACM students only for 2015/2016. This culminates in an inclusion in the Awards ceremony in April and is run parallel to the main phase, in conjunction with Metropolis Studio. Objectives:

• Fusing genres, encouraging “unnatural” collaboration, to create new music
• Providing a platform for local talent (across the UK and overseas)
• Promoting local music communities and organisations
• Providing audiences with different influences

Music news, useful partnerships and benefits to all those involved in the project will regularly be posted on this page. It also provides all the artists a platform to promote themselves. Any opportunities that come our way will also be posted out to all the participants of the project. Anyone not actually on the project itself, please feel free to like and keep informed of the new music, events and involvement opportunities! This is also where the creativity of each city specific remix project is shown for all to see. B-Side Project will be uploading specific tracks which have been produced through the project, with information about the album releases and free promo downloads - join up to get your free new inspired electronic music!! To date over 600 artists and electronic music producers have participated in the project, across the UK and internationally. Current Partners:
