Kick your seasonal depression in the teeth. Get mad.

Simply being mindful is nice when you're at already 'ok'... but when it comes to something like depression, seasonal or not, things can require a little overcorrection.

You can't gently push a car out of a ditch... just like you can't gently FIGHT anything and WIN.

You don't want to feel that way, so don't accept it. You might lose a battle or two, might not be strong enough to push every time... BUT IT WILL BE 1000% BETTER IF YOU F*$&%& TRY
