They can brag about the ppl that wore the fancy clothes or have the expensive watches, maybe even brag about the amount of money they’ve made and tell of how accomplished they feel for what they feel is a “reward” to sit with them…. but I hope that they know, there is more to life - I pray we all humble ourselves enough to include and reach out to people who may be broken. To love on others as Christ has loved us first.

Feels so great to have had some TLC today! Went and got pampered. Much needed massage, hair trim, eyebrows waxed, makeup done by a professional, hand treatment and a bunch of freebies I got to bring home. Today was much needed. We sometimes forget to take care of ourselves but once you decide to just go do something for yourself , it’s a fresh and rejuvenating feeling! Go do it!! You deserve it 🩵

One thing I realized today is how much more there is to know about life and even in discovering things about ones self! I had such an ahhhh moment today. I’m thankful to God for allowing me grow and still learn, about life, myself, people, the world around me, my spouse, my kids, and most importantly… Him!

Studies have shown that the most crucial years for a child are the first 7 years. Then again at 12 yrs old when they become adolescents and their core personalities form. Being a present parent is super important. Making sacrifices is not a bad thing, keep a healthy balance and consider your kids. We are also building our future with them in mind.
