Because sometimes, the mountains listen better than people.

Hindi lahat ng nagca-camping ay para lang magbakasyon, mag-picture, o maghanap ng adventure. May mga tao ring pumupunta sa campsite dala ang mga problemang hindi nakikita ng iba—stress sa trabaho, pressure sa buhay, pagkawala ng mahal sa buhay, anxiety, depression, at iba pang laban na tahimik nilang pinapasan araw-araw.

Hindi maaayos ng bundok ang lahat ng problema. Hindi mawawala agad ang sakit dahil lang sa isang camping trip. Pero minsan, sapat na ang isang tahimik na gabi sa ilalim ng mga bituin para makapagpahinga ang isip at puso na matagal nang pagod.

Minsan, ang kailangan lang natin ay makalayo sandali sa ingay ng mundo para marinig ulit ang sarili natin.

Kaya paalala sa ating lahat: hindi natin alam ang laban na dala ng bawat tao.
