Without a gym that stays put, or an elliptical in my bedroom, staying fit while rving full time is a challenge. But a love for being in nature nicely lends itself to walking and hiking our way to health. They say it takes 10,000 steps a day to stay fit. Here is our goal then, and my attempt ❤

Are cheap boondocking spots worth the trouble? What would be too remote for you? - FfR E34
🎞 While daddy Brian stays home to catch up on work from our store. It's how we pay the Bill's after all. We run into some bears on our quest to find some cheap boondocking spots. We admire the black bear and her two cubs from the safety of our truck right before turning into a dirt road that gives us more trouble than we expected. A day out chuck full of lessons for everyone in the family.

🎞 We finish the dinette replacement in our travel trailer remodel. The living room center is all we hoped for and the kids are ready to move in. We take time to swing by the monkey bars and terrorize papa in the process.

🎞 Aron's brother continues his remodel on the travel trailer dinette replacement. A DIY carpenter, watch him create his own doors and drawers from recycled cedar. The kids pitch in as we rock all day, and part of the night to get it done before he goes home. Part 1 of 2 in or journey to become more self reliant in our full time rv life.

🎞 We remove the travel trailer dinette. Run into some unexpected surprises that cause us to re-design what we had in mind, with an overall better outcome! Our idea for replacement will be a transforming cabinet: trash can nook, split dining table, bench, storage, power center, and all around super usable surface area. All in a 12x36 inch cabinet, plus the storage bench which is 14x36x16 - All thanks to having a brother that's a magician with wood!

🎞 Before we customize or remodel anything, we take a trailer tour our new full-time home. We fetched it from 1000 miles away. We are thrilled with our 2011 Earthbound Dakota bunkhouse. First order is to remove the foul disinfectant smell from inside the rv!

🎞 In a storm of sawdust and recycled cedar boards, Jimmy the carpenter (Aron's brother) comes to build us our dinette replacement. An ultra-custom process with left over cedar boards from construction sites. We design the details of the dinette conversion as we go, adding a book nook and creating complete access to the travel trailer's power center. The kids had the best time of all.
