This pic was taken before I understood that Inflammation is a silent killer.

Did you know that our typical Western diet (aka Standard American Diet) is made up of saturated animal fat, processed food, and high-glycemic carbs? Much of this is inflammatory. When we eat this way, more toxins and chemicals are introduced to our bodies than nutrients.

Would you ever knowingly take a spoonful of chemical toxins on your food?

No one would, but this is exactly what we do as typical Americans. It’s actually hard not to.

We were not created nor designed to function this way.

Am I inflamed? Some symptoms may include fatigue, pain, anxiety, brain fog, stiffness, insomnia, weight gain, and rashes.
