When I first received the assignment to produce some emotionally engaging shampoo content, I immediately was struck with a vision of a woman singing Roy Orbison’s “Crying” in the shower, then getting shampoo in her eyes. David Lynch speaks about not only getting ideas, but falling in love with them, saying it can be a beautiful thing when that happens. I was moved to tears by this vision and I am glad I was able to bring it to fruition. I was fortunate to find a lovely rendition of the song by Sara Niemietz (@sarapalooza), and an incredibly relaxing asmr shower on youtube to provide the sounds.
