HATE that I am posting this on a SUNDAY but the timing is what it is…literallly to the HOUR!
Two years ago RIGHT NOW, my father in law had a very severe BLEED in his brain likely as a result of the dialysis he had been on for over a year. AS HE WAS FIGHTING To LIVE, Waterford Township was drafting and sending my wife a VIOLATION for 12 rotten apples and a bucket of water that she placed at the edge of the Nature Center directly across from our home.
A neighbor had told me a few weeks before that two officers in two vehicles were dispatched to our area and they were looking in the nature center…then an officer called my wife on her PERSONAL CELL to ask her about the incident. SHE DID NOT LIE…She is a woman of integrity. Then Kurt Zoltowski (current zoning officer) drafted and sent her this violation on the very day her dad was fighting to LIVE. He died the next day in the morning with his entire family around him. I received this the next week and my lawyer and I kept it quiet from her for 2 months…for obvious reasons. Then Margaret Scott prosecuted her COLDLY and without any remorse for her dad. My attorney paid the ticket and told Laura to tell me that she got let off…Yes I have the best attorney on the planet.
SO WHY WOULD THIS HAPPEN over 12 rotten apples in a pale of water:
The TOWNSHIP HATES ME — I expose them constantly for their crooked dealings.
Gary Wall, The Supervisor has yelled at me on tape at numberous meetings…He held a mock court a few years back to make me and my son look bad…that turned out very bad for him.
The Police Chief has never done anything to help EXCEPT after my wife’s dad died and the renter assaulted me and my property he sent extra patrols by our home as my daughter was their alone one weekend. He has never responded to anything concerning the ASSAULT.
The Police in Waterford have paid MILLIONS for sexual harrassment lawsuits and are on record in the 80’s of harrassing teenagers (that is the NICE way to put it) and are probably the worst police force I have ever experienced. They called my wife on her personal cell…HOW did they get her number and WHAT MAN would do that instead of contacting her husband (MAN TO MAN). We had called the police on over 40 occasions concerning a renter next door that would harrass my wife every time he could. He would come out when she arrived home and yell at her. Many other things happened including the super bright light on our home (bedroom side) all night long (pic below). The police did nothing every time. After the apples I caught him on tape assaulting me and so he was gone within a week of that incident and the owner sold the home the following month (true slum lord).
Margaret Scott, township prosecutor, has no moral compass as she was brought up under our former drunk county executive…she was proud of her association to him at the citizens police academy I attended. She has yet to do anything about the ASSAULT and numerous other renter issues…one of which was him running me off the road in the neighborhood when my daughter was with me.
The zoning (Kurt Zoltowski and Paul Osika) had been out because the renter had told them I had not mowed my lawn…everyone knows my yard…what a joke. But they came out for that but not for the lights on home, broken chair in our front yard, broken lights around our small pond and Rocks thrown on my lawn…literally…etc. HARRASSMENT is the townships tool to stop dissenters. My HARRASSMENT started when I fought to save the nature center many many years ago. Zoning was also informed of MANY people along my street that put corn and other items in the nature center for deer. I had sent pics and informed them of this after the apple incident many times…NOTHING!! Not that I even care…kinda nice to see the deer.
I have kept quiet over the past 18 months about TOWNSHIP ISSUES except for the night of the election. So many things have not been done LEGALLY and on the SIDE of MORALITY during the Pandemic:
Schools are a mess — School board is worse
Township meetings were not posted correctly and often without any information…The retirement meetings were the worst…where most of our tax dollars go in fact and the meetings were kept from the public:
NO papers attached for the public to view
When I would ask a question during the virtual meeting a lawyer would tell the person running the meeting that “you do not have to answer that question”
The FIRE CHIEF, Matt Covey held a P/F retirement meeting and posted the link 5 pages into the site instead of directly on the place the emails send you to. The Supervisors Asst actually had to take me to the place it was posted it was so deep into the website and who knows if it was even there on the day of the meeting. I have asked numerous times for the minutes of that meeting and have received nothing from Matt Covey.
The Police and Fire 6,000,000 tax monies continue to be allocated to fake accounts. Therefore, Tracking how it is spent is literally impossible since it is just dumped into the General Police and Fire Accounts.
The clerk would not allow anyone near the voting areas… but the night of the last election the FIRE Hall had its parking lot full and tons of people in the lobby and in the room where the votes were counted…I purposefully drove by to see. Only a few masks and definitely not 6 feet apart or even a foot apart.
So many more things that I have tracked but kept off Social Media because quite honestly we had way more to do in the past 18 months…AND THEY KNEW THAT!!
It is always fun to see who the blind supporters of Waterford ARE but this time I am not allowing comments. I recently saw that one such vocal person was awarded a position at TOWN HALL…A JOB in the Zoning/Development Dept…Imagine THAT—Found that so interesting.
