A 39-year-old woman and her 16-year-old daughter were found dead in a Pennsylvania home by relatives late Thursday evening. Investigators have released little information, although Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek said the two suffered “sharp force injuries.” Police classified both deaths as homicides.
