When submitting please follow the guidelines outlined on this page. Upon reviewing submissions, DOMINATE Magazine reserves the rights to accept or deny any submission we receive (this also includes after a pull-letter has been provided). Submissions are reviewed based on their content, quality and relevance. DOMINATE Magazine looks to publish the highest quality work.

Submitters have the ability to submit an existing series one has created or can provide a submission proposal which includes photographing a series strictly for DOMINATE Magazine.
Anyone is eligible to submit (photographers, wardrobe stylists, makeup artists, etc.). Submitter must provide information regarding the entire team who worked on the submission. When submitting through email, please email us directly and not under a BCC.
NOTE: All submitters shooting for DOMINATE Magazine are not 100% guaranteed to be featured in an upcoming issue or online feature. Our editorial team reviews every submission and reserve all rights on their selection.
*Pull Letters are available upon request after approval of portfolio and moldboard review.
For Submission proposals, one must provide the following information:
Info about submitter (e.g. location, if represented by agency, specialties)
Link to website / portfolio
Concept proposal for series (keep to 1-2 sentences)
Moodboard
HOW TO SUBMIT
First, send over low-resolution images (either as separate JPEGS or in one PDF attached to email) for DOMINATE Magazine team to review.
Once approved, editorials are requested to be in the following format:
All images provided, hi-resolution, 350-400dpi RGB (JPEG or TIFF)
Please submit .zip file of images, team credits, and styling credits to [email protected] through email or wetransfer.com/sendspace.com/ge.tt for larger files.
Send Instagram handles of each member of team for us to credit once published

INFORMATION
— Cover Selection is chosen by us for each print issue.
— Don’t send erotic nudes. If you are interested in an artistic concept, contact us first.
— DOMINATE Magazine does not provide free print copies, as presently the publication is printed exclusively through Magcloud, Magcloud prints-by-purchase. We also don’t pay for submissions, all photo shoot expenses for a submission to the magazine is covered by the team conducting the project.
— Any submissions accepted by DOMINATE Magazine should ONLY be featured with DOMINATE Magazine. If we find out the submission is featured with another magazine, we will remove your feature.
— Image selection and layout is determined by us. We might not use all images provided.
CONTENTS MUST INCLUDE
Writer can propose article topic about new fashion designers, makeup artists/stylists, collection reviews, interviewing models/designers/fashion icons, the newest fashion trends, fashion week, this upcoming seasons trends, etc as well as fitness, auto,music and tech.
REQUIREMENTS
Concept Proposals must be sent to DOMINATE Magazine for approval before submission.
All articles must include hi-res images to be incorporated with the article spreads. If you have any particular images that you would like to be paired with your article, please provide DOMINATE with either links (the larger the size, the better) or as an email attachment. You must provide us with the source link to each image.
Minimum word count - 500 words

PERKS
— Your name will be credited along with a link to your website (if you are a blogger/writer).
— You will be provided with a digital PDF of your featured article along with the cover of the issue and the table of contents.
As a contributor, all the images you submit for any issue of DOMINTE Magazine must be copyright free. The submitted works must be all done by yourself and you must be the authentic copyright holder. If which ever submission(s) get involved with any copyright entanglement because of the above, your eligibility will automatically be revoked. You will be responsible for all the legal consequences under all circumstances regardless of DOMINATE Magazine’s awareness or not.
In order to achieve a better page layout design, DOMINATE Magazine also has the right to use, enlarge, reduce and/or crop the original photograph.
DOMINATE is a self-published magazine entirely designed by one person. DOMINATE Magazine is hosted on Magcloud.com and available for purchase of a printed version or a digital download PDF. Free copies of an issue is unavailable. Tear sheets are available upon request from submitter only as a digital PDF. If submitter would like a printed version of their featured section of an issue, Nadia is able to upload a printed version of the feature section plus the cover ONLY onto Magcloud.com for submitter to purchase. Depending on how many pages the feature includes, purchase for the tears may vary (price will be never exceed $5).
In case of overwhelming artwork submission, not all the submitted stories are guaranteed to be covered or featured in the publication. Editors reserve all rights on the selection.
