I’ve been wanting to experiment with different infusions in my tallow, and I finally found the time to create a new vanilla infusion! This one isn’t scented with an organic essential oil but is instead infused with organic vanilla beans. Let me tell you—the subtle vanilla scent is absolutely amazing.

Quick packaging update!
As much as I love the original plastic lids on my jars, they crack so easily, which is super annoying. So, I found these gold metal lids that fit perfectly and are so much better! They’re durable, washable, and reusable, which aligns perfectly with my goal of eventually setting up a refill station for local drop-offs and pickups.

The blue jars, however, are here to stay! I absolutely love them, and they’ve been a hit with everyone—so they’re not going anywhere.

I’m trying out a new recipe for dinner tonight! It’s been such a long time since I’ve made something different for dinner. With how busy life has been, sticking to my usual recipes has become the norm—and I’m over it! This is a recipe I’ve tweaked a bit to suit our preferences. I’m not usually one to put uncooked noodles in the oven, but here I am, lol. Is this a pasta bake? Maybe? It has cherry tomatoes and raw tomato basil cheese. I didn’t have any spinach to add, but I’m including spinach and feta turkey sausage in the mix. Everything except for the noodles was locally sourced, which is fantastic!

Running a small business isn’t easy, but it’s a journey I’m proud to take on every day. It means long nights, hard work, and countless hours spent perfecting each product—not because I have to, but because I want to.
