I wasn’t going to post about this, because of my trend with this issue. But it’s a part of my story. I’ve been working out consistently since October. And thanks to some additional accountability from my father and PT, I’ve been able to shed a few much needed pounds. I’m praying for consistency this time. I work out 4-5 days a week, whether I hit the gym or not. I was reviewing my old medical records last night in disgust. My doctor notated and I quote verbatim, Problem Morbid Obesity. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Lord, let me keep this up this time. Help this become my lifestyle. Give me patience with this process. Help me survive the discouraging moments. I can do this.
