James has been involved in the music scene ever since he moved to Vancouver in 2009. Being an award winning multi-instrumentalist, he started working under Universal Records as an assistant engineer and wanted to bring that level of professionalism to the local Vancouver Scene. "I saw so many amazing bands, that just didn't have good photos, or video content to properly represent themselves".

Working for the next 10 years doing photography, videography, interviews, reviews and documenting the scene in many ways, James has seen the scene grow and flourish and fight for its survival in Vancouver.

Having been in bands as well as years of photography experience, James crafts photos which he thinks are eye catching and that capture the true essence of each musician in their element. Feel free to get in touch about your band or project! Email: [email protected]
