Last month, BG Concepts teamed up with Ridgeline Operations Team and AAC to provide Airsofters of all skill levels the chance to train under experienced consultants. AML is happy to have been present to capture this event and share it with you! As big supporters of the Airsoft community, we're looking forward to seeing more of these events!

AML truly had a blast working once again with Helicopters Canada Flight Training School/Charters doing some amazing work shooting solid action content both on the ground and in the air! Thank you to BG Concepts for making this airsoft dream possible! We hope to see more events like this in the future, and we'd certainly be happy to shoot more awesome content all the same.

One of my favourite parts about working in a joint venture project is working with other talented individuals. As we begin to explore this industry deeper, the importance of growing relationships becomes more and more certain. I've personally have always enjoyed inviting others in collaborative projects and combining our talents and resources to create amazing things.

His persistence to come to terms with his perceived truth brings a comical sense to this short which glimpses the improvements made by recent management to improve the lives of it's residents.

We were happy to have worked alongside Mountain Man Media on creating this unique 'mock-umentary' short! Working as a DP here was a great experience, and it was certainly a privilege to work with very talented and wonderful people across the board!

As the embedded media of the Assault team, I was tasked to capture content during the mission in real-time. You can count on Blackline for the most immersive, realistic and intense MILSIMs possible. I'm happy I had the chance to bring the event highlights for you to watch.

What’s goin on! My name Jayrhuss, everyone calls me Jay. One thing is love is staying fit but doing it the unconventional way! Started kickboxing in 2018 and now have a true appreciation for the sport. I used to skateboard and dance, but kickboxing is what really got me into fitness. Since then I started rock climbing, archery tag, obstacle course racing, basketball, and most recently, calisthenics. I try to mix is up so I don’t stick to just one thing, I enjoy the challenge of learning something new. I train or at least try to train a bit of everything once a week to stay active. You can catch me hitting the bag because I have an upcoming friendly fight with my boy Sean!!! Sean if you’re reading this you better get ready!

It can be super technical, or you can just go hard and let it all out. You might be getting tired hitting the pads, but because you’re concentrating on the techniques and enjoying it, you notice it less and can push yourself more. Cool thing is, it works on strength, flexibility, power, endurance, balance, and overall fitness. Which has given me the confidence I always desired. If you want a good stress reliever this is it, it’s better to be in control of your emotions than have your emotions control you. There’s something for everyone, some people want to grapple, some want to strike, some want to spar and others don’t, some like the fitness aspect more and others like the technical precision involved. The only limits are the ones you put on yourself.

Since we love fitness, during a shoot I asked Jay what he might suggest in working towards your fitness goals. This is what he said:

If anyone wants to better themselves, I’d highly suggest to try any combat sport. Boxing, kick boxing, BJJ, or MMA, to name a few. If you’re doing it for your career, a hobby, to reach a personal goal, or even just to experience it. Definitely worth spending time to learn. I find it better than going to a conventional gym; running on a treadmill, and lifting weights just isn’t for me. I don’t feel motivated to go because I know I’ll be bored on a treadmill and doing the same weights routine won’t exactly be riveting either. Training in combat sports, there’s an infinite amount of variations in the training sessions. [...]
