UPDATE - PATRICK TAYLOR - ST. HELENS
Here at Charleys Angels, we pride ourselves on keeping everyone updated on cases as soon as we receive updates from the courts. It is in the interest of the public, our followers and any potential victims/survivors that we do this.
Sometimes the UK Justice System does appear to fail us all, with the suspended sentences handed out quite freely etc.
However, never had it entered our heads that a child sexual predator would walk away with no restrictions and a NO FURTHER ACTION when the evidence against him was unquestionable.
Sadly today this has happened, a predator has walked away from court - without any charges against him! Not on the S*x Offenders Register, no SHPO, no record of him being a sexual predator!!
How can this be you may ask?
The answer is so unbelievably sad, that we are still trying to process the information ourselves.
Our amazing Indie Decoy had been advised that she would be required to give her evidence today at the beginning of this trial.
She received notification from Witness Protection this afternoon, that due to the other Key Witness NOT ATTENDING court to give their evidence, the trial could not commence, and Mr Patrick Taylor would not be facing the charges he was arrested for.
The Police and CPS had been trying to contact the other key witness for a considerable length of time, they had also received a summons to appear, but to no avail, all communication was ignored - we have this information “from the horses mouth” - it is indisputable.
All of us at Charleys Angels are deeply saddened, that a sexual predator is now free to carry on with his predatory behaviour and will not be held responsible for his heinous crimes against children. He will not be monitored in any way and is a free man , free to carry on predating on our children.
One of the first questions you are asked when you join a hunting / decoy team is … Are you willing to attend court if required?
No name will be stated, but you know who you are and you should hang your head in shame - we just pray that this vile individual does not now go on to damage real children 😢
