Never be discouraged when your progress "seems" slow.

Let progress be your progress and keep stacking one brick upon another.

Most of those "over night successes" you obsess over were built on years of work you never saw.

Be willing to continue showing up for even those small gains because they all count.

Most worthwhile endeavors are built this way.

Failure only comes to those who stop trying.

Keep doing today, because without today, yesterday and tomorrow don't matter.

I would love for you to share this so it can get to someone who needs to hear it. I think this is one of the best videos I ever made. It's part of my thesis for what doing today is all about. I still struggle with this but because of all of that work that I put in I still have a foundation in my wiring that helps me through difficult times. I hope you're having a wonderful weekend, but if not, know that it's your choice how you react to the way things are going. we all have the ability choose to react in a way that makes our life much better than it was before.

I've been needing this one here. It's so true. When we spend our time thinking about all the reasons something won't work or why we can't do something, we miss seeing all the ways it CAN work. Attitude matters so let's be prepared to find the good rather than focusing on the negative.

👀 I do feel like a failure after trying so many times and continuing to lack the self control and consistency to stick with the things I know I so badly need.

💯 So here's to the saying, "if at first you don't succeed, try, try again."

🔥 Failure does not exist if you do not give up and this is me not giving up on me.

I just saw this today and it was kind of alarming. Time really does fly by and it's so easy to just be "busy" and allow time to pass without living with intention.

There are so many things I have wanted to get started that keep getting pushed to the side.

This is the wake up call I needed to remind me that my past actions have set me into routines/habits that are holding me back from change and the future I envision can't become a reality without taking intentional actions today.

We only control today. So let's start with today.

Because without today, yesterday and tomorrow don't matter!

KNOW YOUR VALUE: This is a 1000 gram iron bar. It’s raw value is around $100.

If you decide to make horseshoes, its value would increase to $250.

If, instead, you decided to make sewing needles, the value would increase to about $70,000.

If you decided to produce watch springs and gears, the value would increase to about $6 Million.

Day 13 - Focus, committed, discipline

You don't need luck when you have consistency.

Most people searching for luck end up trying one thing then another then another hoping something will be the that one "lucky" chance.

But the tried and true process is consistently taking those little actions that lead toward success.

If you feel like you are lacking control in your life and you are constantly looking for something else that "works", start adding small habits that you can consistently stick to.

That consistency in achieving small goals will help you feel that control that you are looking for.

And then repeat!

To me, true ambition is when you want something so bad that you can't help but to take action on it.

Taking action has changed the trajectory of our life many times and I'm so grateful to have learned how to take quick action to take advantage of opportunities.

🚫 There's no doubt that a lot of these trip me up every day.

💥 But what I do know is that removing any one of these energy suckers and replacing it with something that gives you energy will change everything.

💪 I was able to spend most of today working on content that energized me. I felt like I could keep working forever because it didn't feel like work.

➕️➖️ Energy is a net sum of eliminating negativity and harnessing passion. Find that balance and you will find yourself in the flow.

❓ So why do I invest in real estate and businesses?

🙌 It's a Passive Investment! You don't have to deal with all of the headaches and the stress of daily operations and the hiring and retaining of staff and you're able to just sit back and take advantage of the benefits of owning real estate or businesses. There's nothing like passive income!
🏠 Second is bonus depreciation. The long and short of it bonus depreciation is, you have income and you owe the government taxes because of that income. When you receive bonus depreciation it allows you to take a large amount of money, almost equal to what you invested into that real estate or into that business and apply that against your income. The bottom line is huge tax savings! This is a huge benefit for investing in real estate and and businesses.
💰 Third is the cash flow. So right along with investing passively, real estate and businesses are incredible ways to add multiple streams of revenue to your income and this allows you to really scale your wealth and create a real difference in your life and the things that you're able to do in this life!
2️⃣❌ Lastly we are going to be able to multiply our equity. Simply put, our equity is the amount of money that we invested into this asset and according to whatever the business plan is for that business or that real estate we're going to add value to that asset and increase the value of that asset. Then down the road, again according to that business plan, there's going to be an exit of that business or real estate and it's sold at a higher price than what we bought it for and since we have equity in that asset we're also going to realize those profits as well!

💲 The benefits of investing in real estate and businesses are huge! Huge tax benefits, cash flow throughout the deal, you get the profit at the end, and you get to do it all passively. You don't even have to lift a finger. These are some of the reasons why it is such an opportunity to grow your wealth and create a life for you and your family that you deserve!
