Hello! Little late to the party (essentials kit 😝), but here is a tiny home inspired by the newest kit! Imagined an upcoming dj living here, who has a small bit modern home, with all the essentials for living, a tiny studio to record the songs, and a small partyroom to invite sims over to enjoy the music and dance the night away. Even partying on the deck is possible or chilling by the pool. Had a lot of fun creating this one😁 Hope you'll like it!🤗🧡

Because, yeah, then he has to leave the cozy fireplace, remove the clothing line, stack all the chairs back inside... Soooo, maybe no.... Maybe just stay a little longer 😆

Here is something inspired by the Crystal Creations pack, the Jewelcrafters' Cottage💎. It is a tiny cottage with room for 1 sim (2 if your sims are able to scoot over in bed in your game). There's a small jewelcrafting space, a crystal tree in the yard and a crystal charging station.

Hello Simmers!🤗 Hope you're doing well!🧡 Wanted to share this sunny build I made couple months ago🌞 Wanted to create a 'working' hammock, and made this beachhouse around it (well, the sims can lay in it thanks to the tiny sunbed under it🙈). Also liked to make a stairs going into the sea, but unfortunately your sim won't swim when walking down that stairs😆 Still liked the look though!

I imagened a cozy elder Asian couple living in one, a sweet knitting/crocheting less mobile elder lady in another (tried to give her some bars at the bed and in the bathroom, the wheelchair in the last post is hers😇), and a birdloving couple in the last apartment.
Sooo this is the last one of my latest build.

[Post 1 of many] Happy Sunday to you!🧡🌞 Finally able to finish this long term project of mine🙈 Before the For Rent pack came out, I already started it since knowing we were gonna be able to build apartments, but build and decorated it further and further over the last weeks.

I welcome you to 'Good Days Retirementhome"🧓 There are 6 apartments with room for 6-8 elder sims. And ofcourse a lot of stuff to do in this luxury elderlyhome, like a lunchcafe, a bar, beautysalon, gym, artspace, library, poolarea and an outdoor seating aera for bbq-nights.

Happy Friyay!🙌 Last weekend of the year!🥂 Hope you're doing well!🧡 Just finished the last rooms of this small but bigger project (for me at least big project🙈). So here is my version of the Tomarang Apartments!🌇 Had a lot of fun building this🥰
On the ground floor there's a laundrette, an internet cafe, a karaokebar, a utilityroom and a community garden🌱
There are 3 apartment units. Apt 1has space for 1-2 sims and has it's own block, with a homechef hustle unit to sell homecooked meals. Apt 2 is above the laundrette/internet cafe and has room for 1-2 sims and their kid. Apt 3 is above the karaokebar and is one floor, set for 1-2 plantloving sims.
Everything is playtested🤗
