Meet Vanessa, my friend, spiritual teacher, my "therapist" (not real therapist, but feels like one to me), she has has seen me at my lowest and has guided me through the dark...through the toughest parts of my life...grief, mental health struggles, working through trauma, identity crisis, sooo much. She is a super low-key person and has been changing the life of 100s of people as a metaphysical practitioner, but I know she is meant to help so much more so I've been trying to push her out of her comfort zone to start a podcast with me.
After almost a year of trying to convince her she finally agreed - her only request is that she wants it to be super casual and she doesn't want to feel like we are filming a video. So instead of talking "too the camera/the viewers" we are just talking to each other like we normally do - just filming our conversations. So it'll have a more "fly on the wall" feel.
