Sometimes when I take care of myself and feel good (and have great real lighting) I almost don't recognize myself. I have been having some tough inner monologs with myself about finding my inner happiness and letting it shine through.... I think I'm figuring it out guys. You can by a mom of 3 including an infant, and still have an inner glow shine bright.

Consistency is key. There's a big weight difference and huge muscle tone difference. Looking at these pics, it might not seem like much. But once you are in tune with your body you can tell. I'm currently working on building my strength and stamina back up. It is a SLOWWWWWW process. But I'm finally seeing and feeling some progress.
After I had my 3rd baby (by csection) I kept reminding everyone and myself to keep yourself a priority. Which is so hard with a newborn/infant. They require SO MUCH OF YOU 24/7.
The truth is. I was trying to stay active and eat right, but my mindset and soul weren't right. I was getting more and more reactive, upset, spiraling thoughts/anxiety.
The body goes where the mind goes. Heal and grow
Delicious chips sub. 😋😋😋 (I didn't have chips, and now I'm glad I didn't.) Yummy, crunchy, salty
I have a love hate relationship with wildwood beach sand. But this was so much fun. I sunk in it like fresh snow. Bring me to the beach or the woods and my soul comes alive. My inner child bursts forth to play. My heart sings. And my mind calms.
When your baby is breastfeeding extra lately and you get those breastfeeding hunger pains.... taco snack to give me energy to make dinner. 🤣
This is your reminder to get up and move! Even though you are a mom, or busy working, or traveling, or socializing... your body is the most important thing to take care of first to make sure you can do all those things for a long time.

Today was a rough day in a lot of ways. Mentally and emotionally exhausting. I feel so grateful to have areas like these minutes from my front door. I needed nature's beauty and calm to ground and center. It did just the trick.
6 months post partum. Working on building my core, including back, glutes, and deep abdominals. Healing my abs this 3rd pregnancy is definitely more challenging. I have a long way to go and looking forward to the awareness and connection back to my body on this next journey of healing and strength. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🍑🍑🍑🥰🥰🥰💫💫
4 or 5 years ago I bought myself this ring to remind myself that the truest love you can ever have is your love for yourself. You can always count on yourself. You can always be there for yourself. You can always love yourself unconditionally without question.
I broke this ring a couple years ago when I was lifting weights and just fixed it recently and put it back on. The past few weeks have been a struggle. A struggle to remember who I am outside of mother hood. A struggle not to feel so damn alone, even surrounded by people. A struggle to remember my worth. A struggle to make myself and my needs a priority. A struggle to remember my spirituality.
Everytime I look at this ring I remember, I am worthy of happiness. I am worthy to feel peace. I am worthy of divine feminine queen energy. I am an amazing mother, but I'm so much more than "just a mom". I'm sexy, powerful, and intelligent. I am my own hype person.
Any mama out there feeling this. I know how lonely you feel on that island. But you are queen of that F***ing island. 👸 👑 ❤️❤️
A lot of people out here don't want to support me (no likes, shares, comments, nothing) And that's cool, because I know they're just scared or nervous. A lot of people out here want to know how I get my results, and "wish that they could do that".... A lot of people are terrified to commit to themselves. A lot of people are scared $hitless to make their health a priority. And my heart breaks. You are worth more than your excuses. Your kids and family and friends are worth more than your excuses.
My one piece of advice. Stop waiting for a better day or a better time. Stop looking for excuses. Love yourself and take care of yourself now. ❤️❤️❤️
Sunday Funday! Flexibility and mobility is just as important as muscle gains and weight loss. Training for both is key to help prevent injury during workouts and everyday life.

Day 1... again. Starting over is never easy. But it can be exciting! A new journey to embark on, new levels to reach. Starting with 30 minutes of post partum yoga. Focusing on core strength.

One of he scariest things about "starting over" with a new baby was losing myself in being a mom. I love my babies to the end of the world and back a million times. It is a struggle for me, just like most moms, to stop making any self care a priority. We become rundown, tired, sad, depressed, anxious etc... then, like we all have heard before, you can't pour from an empty cup. You can't give give give when there's nothing left in you to give.
The smallest things will help you feel a million times better. Shower, wash your hair, exfoliate, lotion, do your makeup. Get outside. Move your body. Listen to soul fulfilling music.
Finding the time to take care of the most basic needs is HARD. But sooooo important.
Show yourself the love you pour into your babies. ❤️❤️❤️
Happy Thursday! The sun is shining the temps are hot and it feels amazing! I look a hot mess. But the sun soothes my heart and soul. Find the silver lining, be intentional about finding the good in your day. Take a challenge to not gossip or complain for 24 hours and just soak up positive energies around you. See and feel the difference.
What brings a smile to your lips and a sparkle to your eye? When you are truly happy and love who you are deep inside YOU are what truly shines through.
Happy, healthy, strong, thick, consistent, empowered. I don't compare myself to others. They aren't my competition. I'm my own competition. I know where this can take me. I know what confidence and self love is in EVERY STAGE. I'm getting my mind right bc you know mama is gonna work her ass off to get back to myself when I feel my absolute best in every way. Not only do I deserve to take care of me and live in joy, but so do my children and my loved ones. I don't have time to waste being sick and tired. I only have time to move forward, building myself up and helping those around me do the same.

Day 1 of my favorite barre program. So uplifting, positive, and truly deeply connects me to my body and my divine feminine energy. I am out of shape, and my stamina is lowwwww, BUT my balance was strong today and I didnt need to modify once! AND I made it through with hardly pausing. I call that a win. And I feel gooood. Ive been wanting to do weights/lifting, but it just isn't in alignment with me right now. This made me feel happy and energized. Exactly what I need.

Truth time..... I have been STRUGGLING to get really consistent with my workouts recently. I can feel the agitation building though and my workouts release that built up energy that needs to be released from my body.
Feeling my muscles work, build, and get stronger feels amazing. Remember to take care of you phsycially, it will take care of you mentally and emotionally in so many ways. My hip flexors were so tight I spent extra time after leg day to stratch them out.... Hips hold onto emotions sadness/stress... opening them and releasing that tension opens up so kuch.
I absolutely love buying myself flowers. It is one of my highlights or treats for myself when I grocery shop once in a while. It doesnt have to be expensive or extravagant.... just something that lights you up inside. 🥰🥰

It's been almost a year since I found out I was pregnant with my 3rd baby. My body has been through it this year. I have lost physical strength and tons of muscle mass. I'm in daily pain from surgeries that drs can't give me answers for. It's frustrating, to say the least. But the truth is. I've started at an even weaker, more painful state in my journey 6 years ago. Mentally, physically, and spiritually, I am stronger and my body will reflect that soon enough. It'll be a long and steady road. But I'm so excited to watch and feel the transformation. I'm here for the booty gains! Friday late night workout followed by lower body foam rolling (ouch!!!😣) . I love that I have healed my body and move my body almost everyday to keep me strong, mobile, and energetic. So I can race with my kids and climb, and hike, and dance and everything else. Unfortunately, I missed a few years of those things but I got myself back and I refuse to go back to that place. Mobility Mobility Mobility!!!! So so so important to prevent injury and to just feel good. Being able to move and release tension that could cause unalignment in the body which hurts our shoulders, backs, hips, knees, ankles.... you get it. Boooooooty day!!!! Phase 2 is no joke and I am LOVING it!!! My jeans aren't but it's ok. Lmao water retention is no joke with the sudden weight lifting increase. A lot of people will stop at this point bc they think they're "gaining weight". The fact is when you lift you are ripping the muscle in order for the muscle to heal and grow stronger your body retains water to help with the repair process.... and your muscles may swell which is what is being referred to as the muscle pump right after a workout. @amoila_cesar idk what just happened in phase 2. I am OBSESSED with my newest program. 5 weeks in and I'm gaining so much of my strength, form, and mobility back.
