I want to get back into videos, and while I do not quite like short form content, you have to start somewhere. I hope to share more soon!
Finally, I got to continue working on the Loki tree. This project/idea has been sitting on my desk for way too long, especially since it helped me realize that I still enjoy painting. I'll add that to my "do more of once you sort out your time management" list. You know how it goes. But I am curious to see how this will turn out, because painting is literally just background noise for this one.
I added an upgrade to my spray booth. This is a cheap lazy susan type spinning plate, and I have had it laying around for a while with the intention of using it to film projects spinning slowly (It only just occurred to me that I could do that now in the spray booth). To make this work, I unscrewed the two pieces, making sure none of the ball bearings would fall out. Then I drilled through one side, screwed that in place in the booth, and inserted a bolt from below that would screw into the top plate. An old wrench serves as a handle below, allowing me to turn it without needing to get my hands anywhere near any spraying going on.

Spray BoothContrary to popular belief, this is not my laser cover. This is my spray booth cover. I hope this way, I can finally spray even during the cold season without filling my shop with nasty stuff. And this project sucks - in the best possible way!

Did you ever lose something only to find it in the most unexpected place, long after you stopped searching? Yes, I did. Today.

I can only recommend it. Clutter avalanches and involuntary shop cleanup included.

I decided to hole this print because I thought it was a good idea. And it was! It saved resin and this allowed me to refill the vat before it ran dry in the morning. But it would have been an even better idea had I added holes in the slicer so the surplus train could actually drain from it.
I will rectify that and add some holes after the fact. But at least I'm sure to remember it next time this way.

Ambrose Figurine Trailer
Enjoy my newest video, now up on my YouTube channel. I am making a figurine to go on my Beehouse, based on something I saw at a local museum. I think the original has neither been made using lathe, nor has the lathe run away in the process... Enjoy, please share, and remember to be Inspired!

Confession Dial
If you have watched the recent season of Doctor Who, you will know what I am trying to make. If not, I am sure you can still find something that might come in handy some day in this project. Enjoy, and remember to be Inspired!

Orbital Sander Pad Replacement
If you are using a random orbital sander, chances are that sooner or later, the hooks on your pad will wear down. Here is one simple way to make a replacement yourself! Enjoy, please share, and remember to be Inspired!
The Time is still coming...
Still, nothing to see here... At least not much. Enjoy, share with everyone, and remember to be Inspired!
The Balance Tree - Teaser
This is my entry to Carl Jacobson and As Wood Turns 4th Christmas Ornament Challenge. This time I took to the lathe and got some practice in. I am tempted to say that it turned out okay.
Enjoy, share this with your friends, and remember to be Inspired!
8bit World Domination
Check out my newest project, although it has been in the making for a while - and took another while to edit. Maybe it jogs some memories for you and/or feeds your inner geek. Please share with your friends, enjoy, and remember to be Inspired!
Demons and Tealights
Happy Halloween! I have had a strange visitor in my shop. Come and see! And of course enjoy, and remember to be Inspired!
And please share it with your friends if you liked it!
Planes for Makers Care
In support of Make-A-Wish Foundation and Woodworking for Mere Mortals's MakersCare I present three planes, made by two of my kids and myself. Enjoy (and please share if you did!), and remember to be Inspired!
Cast in Shadow Tealight Holder
What would #Halloween be without a #tealight holder #project? This one is made mainly with a scroll saw, and it makes use of a technique that I have been meaning to try for a while now. Oh, and this is my entry for Simply Wooden Creations' 2015 Scroll Saw Competition, too. Enjoy, and remember to be Inspired!
