I have been craving banana pudding 😋 so i figured why not make individual “servings.” Except these are probably 3-4 servings each 🤣 Oh well! They’ll last longer!
When you finally figure out how to make gluten free naan bread, you celebrate and make a copycat Starbucks box!
1 3/4 cup gluten free flour
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tsp salt
Mix it all together until its a playdough consistency. Lightly flour a flat surface. Form yoir mixture into a ball and flatten into a circle on thr surface. Divide into 8-10 even sections, then flatten each section into the classic naan shape.
Preheat a nonstick pan, cook on one side for 3 minutes, flip and cook on the other side for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
