Boost your intake of Minerals, Vitamins, Phytonutrients, Bio-flavonoids, Fibres etc..
Maintain an Active Lifestyle you can do this effectively both in & out of your homes, (use the opportunity when you go out) Sufficient Sleep (Deep REM sleep between the hours of 10pm -4am is when your relevant internal organs regenerate).
If your Immune System is Weak/Compromised you are more susceptible to developing dis-eases albeit Co-Vid19 or any other dis-eases.
Stress, all Medications, Vaccinations ( this may be an opportunity if your taking medications to review why you,'re taking them. Medications don't address the 'cause' of what may be ailing you. They also mask/suppress symptoms & pain.
Pain & Symptoms is your body communicating to you something is wrong & needs addressing. Also, good opportunity to explore the truth about vaccinations, recommend the film Vaxxed, Injected, Silent Epidemic, to name a few. Sedentary Lifestyle, Insufficient Sleep.
