Prayer for the Healing of Young Minds

Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus.

God, we lift up the minds of our young people to You.
Where there is confusion, bring clarity.
Where there is anxiety, release Your peace.
Where there is heaviness, restore joy.

Lord, heal every wounded thought,
every silent battle,
every place where fear has tried to settle.

We speak against depression, despair, and mental exhaustion.
We declare sound minds, renewed thoughts, and emotional wholeness.
Your Word says You have not given them a spirit of fear,
but of power, love, and a sound mind.

Jesus, cover them.
Guard their hearts and their thoughts.
Let hope rise where darkness once lived.

We declare they are seen, they are loved, and they are not alone.
We seal this prayer in faith,
believing healing is already at work.

In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen.

Here’s your post, powerful, compassionate, and faith-rooted:

To the Woman Walking Through Divorce, Hurt, or Abuse…

Sis, I see you.
I see the weight you’ve been carrying in your chest, the heaviness behind your smile, the questions you whisper to God when the world gets quiet:
“How did I get here?”
“Why does it hurt so bad?”
“Will I ever be whole again?”

Whether you are going through a divorce, recovering from one, or escaping the grip of an abusive relationship — hear this with your whole heart:

You are not broken. You are becoming.

The pain you feel is real, but so is the healing that is waiting for you.
The tears that fall? God counts every one.
The confusion? God is not intimidated by your questions.
The fear? He walks with you through the fire, not around it.

You may feel empty, but God specializes in filling empty places.
You may feel forgotten, but God has never taken His eyes off you.
You may feel weak, but scripture says His strength is made perfect in your weakness.

This chapter is not your end — it’s your unveiling.

Words of Wisdom:

Don’t rush your healing. Your heart is not on a deadline.

Let yourself feel — numbness is not strength.

Release the guilt. Release the shame. What happened to you is not a reflection of your worth.

Don’t go back to what God is freeing you from.

Choose yourself. Choose peace. Choose your future.

Allow God to rebuild you — piece by piece, breath by breath.

Positive Affirmations for Your Soul:

I deserve love that does not hurt me.

I am healing, even on the days I feel broken.

God is restoring everything I thought I lost.

I am worthy of peace, joy, and protection.

My past does not disqualify my purpose.

I am stronger today than I was yesterday.

I am not alone — God is walking me through this.

Sis, you are stepping into a season where God replaces ashes with beauty, mourning with joy, and heaviness with praise.
You will smile again.
You will breathe again.
You will love yourself again.

And when this storm is over, you’ll look back and say… “I didn’t break. I became.”

You are loved. You are chosen. You are protected. You are rising. 💛✨

To all my young women out here who were forced to step up and be the sole provider for your child or children… this one is for you. 💛

To the mama who is tired, who cries when no one’s looking, who feels like she can’t breathe some days…
To the mama who has moments where hope feels far away and you’ve started doubting yourself…

Hear me: You are a fighter.

It’s okay to get tired.
It’s okay to cry.
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed.
But don’t you dare stop.

You are so much more than your situation.
You are stronger than the weight you’re carrying.
You are becoming a woman your future self — and your babies — will be proud of.

I know, mama… because I was once there too.
And if I overcame it, you can and you will overcome it too.

Keep going.
You are grace.
You are resilient.
You are purpose in motion. 💛✨

This picture you see… I was sitting in pain and agony.
I was smiling and I wasn’t okay.
My ex jumped on me and broke my ribs. Every breath hurt. Every movement felt like fire. I was hurting on the inside and the outside.

I’m not sharing this for a pity party—
I’m sharing it as a testimony.

I saw the red flags.
I ignored them.
I settled for less than what God had for me… and it led me into trauma, pain, and broken places I never should’ve been in.

But even after all of that—
The Lord rescued me.

He stepped into the places where I was shattered.
He restored what I thought was gone forever.
He didn’t just heal my body…
He healed my mind, my heart, and my emotions.

If you’re reading this and you’re in a place of pain, abuse, or confusion—please hear me:
God can and will deliver you too.
You don’t have to stay where you’re hurting.
You don’t have to settle for less.
You don’t have to live in silence.

Your story can become your testimony.
Your heartbreak can become your healing.
Your trauma can become your triumph.

I’m living proof. 💛✝️

Safety. Boundaries. Rebuilding Identity.

There comes a moment in life where you look in the mirror and realize…
I lost myself trying to be everything for everyone else.

Maybe it was a relationship.
Maybe it was a painful childhood.
Maybe it was trauma that stole pieces of you quietly, little by little.

But here’s the truth: you are not broken — you are rebuilding.

Rebuilding starts with safety — choosing environments, conversations, and people who don’t require you to shrink, hide, or apologize for existing.

It continues with boundaries — not walls to keep love out, but healthy lines that protect your peace, your voice, your emotions, and the version of you that is still healing.

And then… there’s the part that feels the hardest —
rebuilding your identity after losing yourself.

Learning who you are without the pain.
Learning what you like without someone else's influence.
Learning to show up as YOU — not who people needed you to be.

This season is sacred.
It’s the season of coming home to yourself.

If you’re in that place right now, I want you to know:
You’re not weak. You’re not late. You’re not failing.
You’re healing. You’re rediscovering. You’re becoming.

And God is walking with you every step of the way.

Protect your heart. Guard your peace.
Rebuild your identity piece by piece — with grace, with courage, and with God.

You won’t just find yourself again…
You’ll find a stronger, wiser, more grounded version of you.

STOP PUTTING A MAN BEFORE GOD — YOU’RE WOUNDING YOURSELF MORE THAN YOU REALIZE

Sometimes we don’t recognize that the biggest trauma we’re carrying didn’t come from the relationship…
It came from who we became in the relationship.

When you put a man first…
When you chase his approval…
When you make him the center of your world…
When you place his needs above your own spiritual well-being…

You slowly begin to disconnect from God, the One who actually heals, restores, and protects your heart.

And the truth is:
Putting a man before God will always lead to trauma.
Not because the man is your enemy…
But because misplaced worship leads to misplaced identity.

When you elevate someone above God, you start to shrink yourself…
You tolerate what breaks you…
You settle for what wounds you…
You ignore the warning signs because you’re afraid to lose the person you idolized.

But hear me clearly:
God will never let you find peace in a place where you have made Him second.

Your healing starts when you shift the order back into alignment:

✨ God first
✨ You second
✨ Everything else follows

When God is first, you stop begging for love…
You stop fighting for a seat at tables He never sent you to…
You stop allowing relationships to become your idol…
And you start healing from the trauma of putting someone in a position they were never meant to hold.

Sis, your heart deserves divine protection.
Your soul deserves alignment.
And your future deserves the version of you that is healed, whole, and led by God — not by desperation, fear, or emotional wounds.

Put God back in His place.
Put yourself back together.
And watch how the trauma begins to break off your life.

Arise Ministry

Hello and welcome to my page. My name is Tina Rane’ and I am known as the Recovery Coach . I am a Certified Abuse, substance, alcohol and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapist.

As your coach I will assist you in Restoring,Reclaiming and Reinventing your life after trauma, abuse, divorce alcohol and substance abuse recovery.

I believe in healing from our past wounds and traumas. Learning how to first forgive in order to reach your recovery zone. Getting to the root of the problem and working from the inside out.

Healing and forgiveness is very difficult. Because being hurt by someone you loved and trusted. Either from childhood or adulthood. When you forgive them it’s not for them but it’s for yourself. We must learn how to forgive ourselves. Because what has happened to you. Was not your fault. Forgiving is all about taking your power back.
