The United States Constitution was a living document to George who believed in ‘Live Free or Die’. Things mattered to George. A well-organized mind, intentional and a true to life gentleman. His life reads like a great novel from one great adventure to the next. George embraced life to the fullest. He made a difference because of the meaningful purpose with which he lived. He will truly be missed.

Over six million dollars was distributed to five cities in Wisconsin to implement a Safe Voter Plan for the 2020 election. Was the $100,000 given to the City of Racine to distribute to the other cities really a smoke screen to make it appear that the cities developed the Safe Voter Plan? For CTCL to give the money to the cities there needed to be a conduit to accept the money. On June 2, 2020, the Racine Common Council approved a resolution to accept the $100,000 given by CTCL.
