Once upon a time, television was everyone's favorite friend. Families would gather around the TV in the evenings, excitedly flipping through channels to find something to watch together. It brought people joy, entertainment, and a sense of togetherness.

But then, along came the mobile device. With its endless array of apps, games, and streaming services, it quickly overshadowed the TV. People began watching shows and movies on their phones and tablets, leaving the TV feeling abandoned and lonely.

Slowly but surely, the TV became relighted to the background. It was still there, but no longer the center of attention. It was relegated to playing background noise while people scrolled through their social media feeds or played games on their phones.

In 20 years time, it's hard to say what will happen to the TV. Will it become obsolete, replaced entirely by mobile devices? Or will there be a resurgence of interest in traditional television programming, as people seek to disconnect from the constant barrage of screens in their lives?

As for mobile devices, who knows where they will be in 20 years time. Will they continue to evolve into even more advanced, all-encompassing devices, or will there be a backlash against the constant connectivity they provide? Only time will tell.
