I was watching an interview clip of Sidhu Moosewala recently where he was asked when he had his last emotional breakdown, and his response really struck a chord with me. He said "everyday".❤️‍🩹
I think this is something that a lot of us can relate to. We may seem fine on the outside, but inside we're struggling. We might be going through a tough time, dealing with anxiety or depression, or just feeling overwhelmed with everything going on in our lives.
So if you're going through a tough time, know that you're not alone. Reach out to someone you trust and talk about what you're feeling. And if you know someone who might be struggling, reach out to them and offer a listening ear or a shoulder to lean on.
