This popped up in my memories, so I thought I’d post a little to 2015 with my heart horse, Kalvin❤️
I get asked all the time who my favorite horse ever is, and I always say you, old man!
You made me work for your respect, but you were a trooper who always showed up for me. Even after a year of retirement, when I unexpectedly didn’t have a horse to take to the congress in 2016, you put your show face back on and got me a couple of medals one last time!
I’ve missed you these past 4 years, and I don’t know if another horse will ever give me what you gave. I hope you are pain free and running happily in the tall grass and rolling hills like you always wanted to at home❤️
