It's no secret that I love to wander and explore. It's largely how I figure out my own place in the grand scheme of things. I started putting this collection together during the pandemic when I was in lockdown; travel has always been such a huge part of my life, and I needed some way to sate my wanderlust while I was stuck in my house. So, I went adventuring in my mind: First Landing State Park. Antarctica. Mongolia. France. Norway. Ireland. Somerset. Egypt. A giant glacier in an unnamed land. A train rushing through the mountains of Switzerland. Venice. Beyond.

Ochate, Spain, is a ghost town like no other. Its history is as a trade town between the coast and interior of the Iberian peninsula, but there are those who say it also sat on a trade route to places unspeakable. Stories for 1,000 years, even to today, tell of lights hovering in the sky, strange goblin-like creatures sneaking in the shadows, and unseen people pushing and shouting. The Knights Templar marched once against the Diablos de Ochate, and several graves are cut in the stone in strange shapes for small bodies and large heads (much like today's alien greys).
