I’d like to share this photo with you and leave it in my feed because it brings me so much peace.

It’s in Coolangatta, the area of Australia where I lived for two years. An experience I’ll always carry with me and that deeply marked me.

The beauty of the place’s nature was so captivating... I loved going in the mornings on my days off from work at the pharmacy to look at the sea... To watch the surfers enjoying catching waves, how they were in a state of flowing with the moment, where their only concern or motivation was to paddle with the current and rise at the precise moment to surf the wave.

Simply beautiful, this state of mind living in the present. ✨

I am passionate about Photography 📸

I find there is a strong connection between what my eyes see and what I capture on camera. I try to capture all the beauty I see, I freeze moments and whenever I go back and watch my albums, I am transported to the feeling I had when I took the shot. I find it fascinating 🤗🙌

WORK - but does it feel like work? 😂

One of my biggest pleasures is drinking good coffee in the morning. ☕️

I am able to bring my workplace wherever I want, this means bringing my laptop with me. Today’s case was coming to a new coffee place in my city.

I had the best specialty coffee + pain au chocolat + tomato and cheese toast 😜

Is there anything more valuable than this freedom? No. Life is about savouring your own small pleasures 🥰

I am beyond grateful & am working hard to maintin this lifestyle. 👣

For the past month, I've been plugged into a podcast series "Your Wish is Your Command," by Kevin Trudeau, which has completely blown up my mind. It reveals some big truths no one tell us about at school/univeristy. 🏫❌

🎧Each episode breaks down the idea of mental barriers and how they're often the only thing between us and our goals. It's all about breaking down those invisible walls we've built in our minds—those limiting beliefs that tell us we can't do something. It touches the money mindset, and it is VERY inspiring and useful. 👌

Honestly, it is information we should have been taught a long time ago!! How to question the 'can'ts' and replace them with 'hows'. 🔄

I absolutely love going out into the mountains on weekends. 🌲🚶‍♂️🍃

It helps me reconnect with myself. 🧘

While exercising, I'm in awe by the stunning views around me. 🌄 Moving your body is key for physical and mental health. 💪🧠

If I'm with people I care about, it turns into a time for deep conversations. 🗣️👥

No phones (except for the occasional photo 📸), no distractions, just you, your buddy, and the embrace of nature. 🌼

What else in life brings such happiness? 🤔 Few things. This is simply life - small pleasures turned into habits. 🌟🍂
